Extremely unprofessional they came and…

Extremely unprofessional they came and took my dumpster half empty after I discussed wanted extra time with it and talked with them about a 6 month rental service for exchanges. I called and the staff told me they weren't going to do anything to help me and I couldn't speak with a manager after multiple attempts and leaving a call back number. I would never recommend this company to anyone I would completely avoid them.

Hi Avery, we're sorry your experience wasn't exceptional. We do have two week rental periods but can make arrangements for monthly service as long as we're able to communicate effectively. Your final pick up was scheduled for 6/2, and we do our best to over-communicate pick up dates with email and text reminders, but based on your experience, that communication must have fallen short. With 2 business days' notice we're usually able to extend rentals. Please call us at 855-573-DUMP and we can try to rectify the situation.
