Squeezing every little penny from your customers
I didn’t appreciate your company taking out additional money (3) three week after the account was close; and justified it by saying one of the loads were over the limit. When your driver dumped his load and reported by, I should have been notified immediately. Bad business on your part if I’m being honest.

Hello Dennis, we try to work as quickly as possible when it comes to communicating with customers regarding overweight fees. We are alerted about overweight dumpsters by the hauler at the end of every month, which may explain the lag time in billing. If you give us another shot, we will give you $25 off your next dumpster rental.
