Great service at a fair price
Your customer service agent (Ross) was polite, knowledgeable, and eager to help with the needs of my particular situation. Drop off was prompt and the driver was skilled and respectful of the property. Pickup was also prompt and within the promised appointment time (as was the delivery). I can see why my neighbor recommended you when asked about his rental from you folks earlier. All in all, a pleasant. professional experience. I would gladly recommend you to others. Thanks!!!

The delivery driver for DD was very professional
The delivery driver for DD called me before dropping off the dumpster and was very professional. After we filled the container up, DD came and picked it up with no issues, even though we were not at home at the time.

Easy to rent
Easy to rent, fast delivery and great drivers. I asked him to put it as close to edge of the driveway as he could, it was setting about an inch from the edge when he was done. Unfortunately we were not home when it was picked up, but thanks.

Extremely satisfied. Every time I called, a person answered and was very helpful in making arrangements. The dumpster arrived on time with no surprises. The dumpster was picked up on time with no surprises. A very smooth process with no hiccups. Billing was no problem - again no surprises on the final billing - was what I expected and what they estimated at the start. Would use them again 100%.

This is the worst company ever
This is the worst company ever. I hired the one in Denver and they send me a disclosure with a bunch of conditions. They give you a window of 3 days but they don't tell you a time to arrive. I called the previous day asking for the time and they didn't tell me. They arrived when I wasn't there and the people with the dumpster left. They charge me $200 even I never signed the "disclosure". They are scammers. Don't use that company.

Hi Mirim! We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. We always give a one day window from 6-6, so there must have been a misunderstanding. If we cannot deliver a dumpster, a dry run fee will incur. We had gone out to deliver this dumpster and unfortunately your driveway was blocked, so our driver had to turn around. We understand this can be frustrating, but between gas and our drivers time, we are required to collect a charge. Originally supposed to be a 2 week rental. Clerical error caused it to be only written for 1 week, which then incurred an additional $150 charge because you wouldn't do the right thing as a professional business and earn better reviews. I will tell everyone I know not to do business with your organization.
