Like most companies they came out of the gate on fire, great customer service, second use of service maybe half as good as initial usage, third and final usage of the service caused our company to seek to seek a different company for the same service--then received a bill for dump fee on the dumpster and could not get a decent nor satisfactory resolve. If you are a contractor looking for a quality debris removal vendor to use regularly---Discount Dumpster IS NOT THE COMPANY TO PROVIDE THAT FOR YOU, however, if you use them only 2 maybe 3 times a year they're a 3.5 outta 5 company, for the one and done company they deserve a 5 star rating...

The representatives Maria was great
The representatives Maria was great, wanted to continue to do business but got chatged an extra $70.00 after pick up, not fair, once the other reps got involved, thats when things went haywire.
