It was a day late from what we had scheduled. Communications were underwhelming as I couldn't reach people to find out when it would be delivered. Was promised a return call with an estimated time after I finally reached someone but never got a call.

I ordered a dumpster to be delivered and asked for a pickup to be scheduled for the very next day. The next day, they hadn’t picked it up yet so I called the company and asked and they said that I was on the schedule for the pickup and that they promised they would get it by the end of the day.

The end of the day came and nobody picked up my dumpster. I called the company and nobody answered, so I left a voicemail asking why it hadn’t been picked up. I also I asked for a callback with an explanation and said that it absolutely had to be out early in the morning.

The next day I came home and nobody had picked up my dumpster and there were no messages on my phone from the company. So now we were on the second missed day. Not only did the company not pick up their dumpster - again - but they didn’t even have the courtesy to return my call with an explanation.

I called again and demanded a callback with an explanation and asked why it hadn’t been picked up after two days when I was promised a picked on a specific day. Nothing.

We are now on the third missed pickup day. I called again, received a voicemail service, left a voicemail, and asked why this is happening. Nobody will call me back, nobody will tell me why they won’t respond to voicemails, and nobody will me why they left my dumpster in my driveway and won’t get it.

I work for the Defense Department and cannot have my phone with me during business hours, so I will most likely not answer in-person, but I at least expect return calls with messages explaining what I asked for.

At this point I will have to consider it abandoned. PLEASE don’t use this company. They don’t stick to schedules, they don’t respond to voicemails, they don’t call customers, and they are horrible at keeping professional relationships.

I will never use this company again.

I really loved Discount Dumpster Co. They were honest about everything on time bringing the dumpster and picking it up. Price was reasonable and everyone was very nice. I will refer them to anyone who needs a dumpster. Thanks!!! Gloria.

The dumpster was left where we asked it to be on time. They allow 10 days not 7 which worked really well for us around my work schedule. Then since our 10 days landed on the weekend, they let us keep it until Monday. Great experience! When needed I will use them again.

This was my first time renting a dumpster and from start to finish was great!! From Matt walking us through the best size, to Dallas delivering and the pickup. Will be getting another one soon to finish the move! Thank you so much!

Very bad experience thay started charging me from the day i paid not from the day it was delivered. The driver was very nice and patient
