Company deserves zero stars. Driver refused to deliver dumpster to location required. Never received a dumpster. They sure kept my money and refuse to refund for a product they never delivered. Dispatch guys are good. Third world customer service. They just hang up on you. Promise to call back and never do. Will report to the BBB and other agencies. Thieves.
We had the pleasure of working with Jason to rent a dumpster recently. Jason was professional, thorough, and efficient in all of our interactions. He was true to his word with the dumpster showing up on the day promised and in good, clean condition. The driver who dropped off and picked up the dumpster was also friendly and customer-service oriented. The final charges were as promised. Overall, a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Discount Dumpster to others. Thank you!
