This company offers well priced bikes and provides great customer service.

I left it late to order a bike for my son’s birthday, the bike arrived in time but was unfortunately damaged by courier. Kev from discounted bikes managed to get the damaged one collected and provide a replacement within two days so I still had a bike for his birthday.

Would highly recommend!

Well firstly I was missed led by delivery dates 2,3 days then it went up to 3,to 5days then I was told it will arrive early this week, it came Saturday just gone so tell me how confusing this is.

Discount Bikes (DB) deserved 5 stars all day for their Customer service alone, which is 10 stars.
We bought a bike for my boy realised in the 6weeks since we had him measured he had grown and a 20" was now too small. DB very helpful and accommodating. Agreed to allow return and sent out a 24inch bike.
Through no fault of theirs, the bike had a fault from the manufacturer. Long story short could not rectify that with local bike shops. So DB kindly arranged collection return and refund.
They were also very quick to respond to all correspondence.
Could have been very different and awkward with another vendor.
Great service.

There was a foul up by the courier but Kevin’s response in making it right was first class and left me more impressed than if nothing had gone wrong at all. I’m a very happy customer and will gladly buy again.

Dispatched super quick same with delivery it was quick delivery they kept me updated throughout the whole thing too. Haven’t opened the bike yet as it’s for my son’s birthday so can’t comment on that but I’m sure it’s great too.

I got an amazing deal on 2 Barracuda Boulder bikes, helmets and lights. The bikes were built ready to go and Kev even delivered them to my door as I would have struggled to get them in my car! I waited a bit f time to leave this review as wanted to test them with my son before we made a comment just in case there were any issues with the bikes, but we have gone all over Wales on the bikes now and not had one issue, so thank you guys at Discounted Bikes Shropshire awesome job and would highly recommend as he gives a real personal services and helps you find the right bike for what you plan to do with it.
