Fantastic service from start to finish it’s been a pleasure to deal with Andy who was always willing to answer my questions. The sat nav was a great service to add and I would not have any issues in recommending to all I speak to regarding our trip round Florida.

Even better was the 300.00 reduction in the cost the price thAt was already the best when booking was reduced when Alamo reduced the rates on an offer not many places would do that.

Communication with Andy was fantastic. He was always willing to answer any question, regardless of how menial it may have been. The response time was always very quick, sometimes almost immediately, regardless of the time a question was sent.
Would definitely recommend to anyone and have done on a couple of forums I joined prior to our holiday.

Truly excellent service . Andy sorted everything so collecting the car was a dream . Used the self service counter so avoid queues. The sat nav service was also extremely beneficial .

I've used Andy and Discount Florida Car hire twice now and would recommend them without hesitation. The process is smooth and efficient. By paying in advance I was confident in not being hit with additional expenses at the car hire desk. The prices are very competitive and if he isn't the cheapest, get in touch as he will try to get a better deal. I hired through Alamo both times and the process was very straightforward. If I return to Florida again, I will definitely go back to Andy for my car hire.

Just want to review DFCH. I emailed Andy a couple of months ago after a review on Facebook. From the first email to securing the the rental of our car, it was first class. 3 months later we decided to book but with specific requirements. We wanted to collect the car from ID and we wanted a pick up truck. Not only did Andy locate a car within 1mile of our hotel he also advise from the first quote that the rental had gone up from our first quote. So he found us a different company to hire the car from with a better car and a better price so we booked on the spot. I work in the customer service industry and all I would say is that the service we received has been exemptlery and the advice has been unbiased and honest. If your booking a hire use Discount Florida car hire, you won't be disappointed!, Thanks again Andy.

Just wanted to leave a few words to say thank you to Andy & his team for sorting us out with a people carrier in Florida for two weeks. Right from the start the pricing was clear, what was included and what was not. He even sent over a sample of what the hire form should look like when you are at the desk advising that the hire companies are on commission for selling extras but these are not needed. Collection and return was straightforward and the preprogrammed sat nav we received from Andy was invaluable. Excellent service aground and would definitely use again.

Just returned from Florida where I rented a mid size suv from Alamo through discountfloridacarhire. I also hired a sat-nav to use whilst out there. Sat nav arrived approximately 1 week before my trip, well packaged and in full working order. Used it throughout my trip and was a real help. There has been a lot of work on the roads near Disney so it got confused a few times (I was pre-warned about this, so no big deal)
Completed online check in etc as detailed in the helpful guides on the web page. This allowed me to go straight to the Alamo garage and pick my vehicle - a Nissan Rogue. From start to finish, I couldn’t fault Discountfloridacarhire or Alamo. Got in touch with Andy for further info, to which he replied to swiftly. Definitely recommend.

Not long returned from our holiday to Florida. We booked 2 cars with Alamo through Andy. They were full size suv 7 seater and standard suv 5 seater. When we went to Florida in 2016, our car hire check in at the desk was awful, it took us over 2 hours the guy didn’t even check our booking properly and was going to give us the wrong cars. We were hoping this time was going to be different and having heard so many good things about Andy we decided to put our trust in him. The booking process with Andy was really simple and he was really helpful. When I booked he said to recheck the prices and if the prices dropped then get in touch and he would change it. I did just that when the price of the full size suv dropped by almost £350. We had also requested the sat nav hire with Andy which was free as we had booked the cars through him, we only had to pay for the postage. These arrived a few days before our holiday and return postal bag with the prepaid sticker was included in the package, making it an easy process to return. Before we flew out we did the online check in with Alamo. Then when we arrived we used the self serve kiosk which was a quick process, we printed off our booking confirmation and headed to the garage to get our cars. They unfortunately did not have any full size suv’s available on arrival at the garage for us, instead we were given a free upgrade to speciality car which was a Chevrolet Suburban, it was huge, I loved it. For the standard suv my brother got to choose any car he wanted from a row of cars. All happy, suitcases and kids loaded in the car off we went to enjoy our holiday. Thank you Andy for making our car hire a none stressful situation.
