This was the first time I’d used Discount Florida Car Hire and I couldn’t fault a single thing.

Arranging the rental was easy and straightforward and the communication was great.

I received the Sat Nav in the post before I left and it came with a prepaid return envelope so I could return it easily when I got home.

Andy helped me out a lot from start to finish - even when I amended what I wanted. He helped me get a great deal on car hire which included insurance and additional driver - so when we collected the car it was fast and simple without anyone trying to sell additional products. The car was brand new and a pleasure to drive. The sat nav arrived a couple of days before we flew out and had all the addresses of the parks and places of interest already programmed in All went well. We used discount Florida car hire for our recent trip to Orlando.Andy was extremely helpful and very competitive at pricing we always use Alamo due to the online check in.The price Andy got for our 7 seater suv for 2 weeks was really good deal which included his sat nav for the 2 weeks and free top up insurance.
He was available all the time to answer any questions we had before and while on holiday.

Returning back to uk from a 2wk florida holiday ,1 thing stuck in my mind was how easy was the car hire. Returning back to the USA after 13yrs i was sure things had changed .
I booked all my villa and flights together then remembering i had no car hire ,looking on line i noticed a company called DISCOUNT FLORIDA CAR HIRE .I looked into this company's reviews and decided to book with them .
From start to finish D.F.C.H stood up to their reviews. I booked with alamo ,i done what Andy said and printed off all confirmation paper work.when we arrived i didnt even have to go to a kiosk i was told to go straight to the car park where given the choice of car .the gate man took a copy of credit card and off we went to enjoy our holiday with the help of the sat nav supplied by D.F.C.H .
The point being i followed all instruction given by ANDY .

Just back from two weeks in Orlando and used Florida Discount car Hire for the first time. This is our fifth trip to Orlando and I would say the best with regards to Car Hire – the process was seamless and
So easy arrived at airport went to kiosk went to Alamo and we were driving out the airport in less than ten minutes !!!!! The car was massive (more like 4x4) and it had sat nav activated for free (we did book the sat nav to be posted before we left just in case that was also seamless) it was clean and we noted the few scratches with or mobiles before we left I would have no trouble in using and recommending your company to others. We also got caught up in the Thomas Cook saga and as we thought we might be delayed had to contact Andy who may I add was great and got back to me despite the 5 hour time delay with a solution. Luckily we got a flight organised by the caa and got home but a BIG thanks to Discount Florida Car Hire it was a pleasure and we will be back in touch if we are lucky enough to go back next year !!!!!!!!!!

This was our first time hiring a car and driving in the USA. Andy was extremely helpful and his step by step guides were amazing. We done the self check in with Alamo and there was no problems. We hired a SAT NAV from Andy also and it was brilliant. Would recommend Andy to anyone and we will certainly be using his service again.

We have traveled a number of times to Florida and have never used Andy before. We were recommended him by numerous others and I can see why, excellent communication, excellent service. We hired a sat nav and this came a whole week before it was required which is Gold Star service, there was no worrying that it wouldn't arrive in time.
We have booked our next car with him less than a week after returning home. We will continue to use if we get this fantastic service.

First time using Florida discount car hire. We have been to Florida the past 8years and booked through travel agents but this time was recommended Andy Stevens at Florida discount car hire through the it’s orlando time Facebook page. The process was easy and they even threw in a free sat nav (just paid £15 for postage).
We booked a full size SUV and hire was through Alamo so was able to use skip the desk and check in online before heading to Florida. Car was great and service from Andy was excellent and answered any questions we had.
Definitely use again.
