Do not use this company
I paid for the shipping and emailed them a day after a courier supposed to pick up my parcels. I've got an error:
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: User doesn't exist: phila(at)globalps.com.au
So I thought I just got scammed, tried their 24/7 phone a few times, no one answered. Started to google them, and found a lot of negative reviews. Many people had problems with lost parcels, some of the items from parcels missing, difficult contact (tell me about it...). Then I decided that I rather find someone else to ship my stuff and ask for a refund.
I asked for a refund as the service wasn't provided yet. They finally answered and email and wanted to pick up the parcels at a different date. I told "Phil" that it won't happen and I really just want my money back. He decided to stop answering emails again.
Currently, the case is dealt with by the credit card company and I probably just lost a $1000 and all my stuff is still overseas.
