All the time availability and the best customer service

Discount Lift Rental is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They always answer the phone and always accommodate my requests. I wish my other suppliers were as customer service orientated as Discount Lift. To top things, they have good pricing.

BEWARE. The 60' unit we rented was in great shape and it was delivered on time. BUT... the only negative was after the unit was picked up, I received an ADDITIONAL DAY CHARGE!
These rentals are for 8 hours of run time PER "DAY". I wasn't told that when I rented it. Nor was that near the "Charges" section of the contract. There WAS a disclaimer WAY down on section 17 of the contract that stated this. (Maybe my bad).
Maybe most people know this, but as a residential user, I had never heard that. Since it was a Diesel I know they are better left running than start and stop. So in trying to take care of their machine, I was penalized for going over by 2 hours.
After many conversations they did reduce the 2nd day rental fee. But take notice of the 8 hour engine time or you'll be hit in the pocket book.
(Since I made the transaction on my cell phone and signed the contract on my cell phone I didn't catch the small print on section 17 of the fine print).

Best rental service around. I have been using Discount Lift Rental for a while now, renting forklifts, reach trucks, and scissor lifts and they are the easiest to work with. I have a bad habit of requesting rentals with no notice but they are still able to accommodate and deliver next day. And the rates are a lot cheaper than other rental companies. I also have to brag about their customer service. They always call or email the day before to let me know when the rental is over, which gives me the chance to see if I want to extend the rental or not. An awesome company all around.
