Excellent price & machine 45' Articulating Boom
$1269 (June discount) Excellent price and machine for a 45 ft articulating boom lift. Delivered early as promised. Only weird thing was they were suppose to pick it up on a Monday and I called 3 times wondering why it was still in my driveway. They finally came on Thursday.

I had a weird experience with them
I had a weird experience with them, I suggest you don’t use! 3rd party rental company, As far as I can tell they just add on to the price of what you could rent locally yourself. The lift wasn’t picked up for an additional two weeks. And I received two additional mystery charges on my account afterward, That I believe were tied to this company that I had to block.

My family started a brick and mortar rental company back in 1980 and I started Discount Lift Rentals in the early 2000s. In most states, we are a third party rental company. Because of our purchasing power, we often beat the street prices. It is like using a travel website to book your travel. The advantage is we shop around for you and work very hard giving our customers the best prices and customer service. Leaving the equipment on your site after the rental does happen. I agree two weeks is excessive. COVID has slowed our drivers down and we prioritize our deliveries and get our pickups when we can.
The extra charges concern me. Please contact us and tell us what charges you received. We charge up front and as long as you didn't extend the rental or go over the hours on the machine you shouldn't have had any extra charges.
Equipment was there as scheduled
Equipment was there as scheduled. It worked great for the job which I did. I would rent again from this company. Prices were cheaper than other companies.

Great customer service
Great customer service. The company is very easy to work with. Lift was delivered when promised and was in good shape. I held back 1 star because the battery seemed to lose charge too quickly. This was a quick job and we didn't report it so I am not complaining. If we had reported it know they would have addressed it. We will be renting again and will update review.

Very reasonable price with courteous staff. Pleasure doing business with them. I had a one day rental over the weekend. They delivered on Friday and said as long as I kept under 8 hours it was one day rental. Very convenient.
