Bad communication
So first time ordering from this place. Well I placed my order and got charged. Thought everything was good but then things went wrong. After ordering they said I’ll get a confirmation email. I waited a couple of days for it thinking it would come through. Checked junk mail and still nothing. Week passed by and nothing. So I emailed for a tracking number or confirmation. After a week I decided to call them direct. When I called customer service the lady said they will send a tracking number. And once again nothing. After that I got upset like anyone would. So I called again to see if they could just tell me that my order went through. Once I called again and then finally I got someone who could actually answer my question. Forgot who he was but thank you. But other then that bad experience.
