Sent a email to get the 200 piece Dewalt set,just pay for shipping. Since I didn’t receive it yet I sent a email and was told to contact customer service. Was told that it was a contest and the shipping charge is your entry.
At least customer service explained that it was a monthly charge and cancelled i.

What a rip-off!!!! SCAM ALERT. This is so horrible , what they do to hardworking people. It’s a total racket to get your personal info so they can charge your credit card on a monthly basis. BEWARE!!!

Worse so is you do not realise that you will acquire a membership with that company when you make your purchase because it is not obvious. Don't buy from them. Total fraud, I did not order from this site EVER! a checked my history and even my emails , cos i thought maybe I forgot , but nothing! I found that I ordered from website in US platinumsavingshop.com , 2months ago, so maybe this is also some sister company , otherwise I cannot explain how I found they took 29.95 USD from my account, on sunday no less, here in Europe banks dont work on sundays that is how I noticed....

I haven't bought anything from this site in my life and yet I was somehow signed up to what looks like a monthly subscription of USD 29.95. It took me three months to notice it coming off my credit card (my own fault!) - a total of around £75. Reported to bank as fraud.

I’ve been charged a fee without signing up for anything. They’ve taken money which I can’t afford to waste. STAY AWAY

I recently purchased a product from this website and the product was only $5.95 and they have been taking $30.00 US from my account because I was told I had to be a member to receive the discount. I did not agree to become a member nor was anything stated when I made the purchase. I have requested a refund and I will have my bank investigate this issue.

They scammed me.Don’t buy anything from this store or it’s affiliated stores. I made a small purchase from them hover a month ago( and have still not received it) then they deducted $29.95 USD from my account. I contacted them and told me to email their “affiliated” store’s support contact.They responded saying the $$29.95 USD they Took from my account was, I quote “ This is a promotional product we are featuring from our Member Store. To ENJOY this offer, you must be a member of our Exclusive Member. MEMBERSHIP IS FREE FOR THE FIRTS 30 DAYS, and then $29.95 USD monthly.
When I made my purchase I did not agree to ANY KIND OF MEMBERSHIP.
I asked them to provide me with the proof that I did consent to a $29.95USD monthly membership fee. They have not. The above quoted answered was all they have to send me.
I have requested a full $29.95 USD to my account.
THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

Everyone here says they've ordered stuff. What was the website? I only have done online orders through amazon, revive oil and melaleuca. Somehow I've been charged $43 something on my credit card. No initial order of anything to do with them but still charged this? I'd really love an explanation! No way to get ahold of them either! Really ticked off. Leave everyone alone, especially in times like this😡😡 Shame!!

The company Discount Select Shop is a scam. They claim to you that the product is for free, you only pay for shipping. Not true. They don't show you anything about their rules. When your product reaches you are charged extra $45 for lifetime membership fee. To my surprise , after 90 days , i got charged for an extra $58.73 for quarterly membership. This doesn't make sense. I am being charged quarterly and I have not even bought anything yet. You are not even able to call them on the number they provide to you to cancel your membership cuz the number is invalid. Besides sending them emails they never respond. Only when you mention in your email that you are going to report them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU in the USA, THEN THEY RESPOND. That means they know exactly what they are doing to their customers. I hope they will catch these scammers.

I want you to initiate a refund against my order Because you guys charged me for an unwanted membership and the product that you guys sent was nothing like as you guys showed it. Why don't you forking get your customer service straight enough to reply to people's mails. You guys deducted money twice already. You owe me 9000 RS back into my account. received the product yesterday but I have not received any response to date regarding the return of the overcharged amount without my consent. I also requested the cancellation of the "contract" to which they also included me without my permission. Apart from a bad after sales service that is extremely unpleasant to keep silent is a situation of disrespect for the consumer whom you atrociously deceive. The situation is being dealt with by the authorities and this site will receive a complaint for how they treated my case and that of several people who share the same experience. Be ashamed!

They do not share what they are really going to charge till the payout screen and suddenly when you do the payment (still no amount disclosed) you are devoted with $59 for membership to some shady online store.
Additionally on raising the complaint some made up answer about giving membership to shady website.
Such websites take away the trust on online shopping.
Additionally I did not even receive the product even after 30 days

Not worth any stars...a complete scam. Ordered a dreamcatcher which was supposed to be free, but with $1.95 postage....then they slapped me with a membership fee, AFTER ordering, & it has come out of my account. I sent 3 emails, telling them that I did not want the membership, & to cancel the lot, but got no responses at all.
I am actually not sure where to go from here.....put it down to a very expensive lesson learned I guess....KEEP AWAY!!!!

I cancelled my order right away, because I noticed that they charged me about 50€ membership fee.
I´ve been trying to contact them, but without any respond.
I´m normally very nice, but now they really pis*ed me off and my next step is to take legal actions...

Same bad experience... I am italian and I don't really know how to proceed in this cases... I am not so confident I will obtain a full refund, is there any specific department that could help? I will look into it

I purchased from this company & without me knowing about it they slapped a membership fee onto total cost. I rang & emailed straight away to cancel I'm over 24hrs on numerous emails & calls still no reply. SCAM company DO NOT USE. not even worth 1 star. Cruel people that do this

It does not deserve the one star. I am totally appalled with the service and misleading order. Free dream catcher, just pay shipping. I’ve been charged twice, one for shipping and again for shipping and exclusive membership which I did not agree to. I emailed as soon as I got the invoice stating I’m canceling my order. Ive sent four emails and have rung customer service several times with no response. I will be taking this matter further and higher until I get a full refund. This is a fraudulent service and behaviour.

I ordered a pair of Earbuds for the incredible scam price of $1.95 with free shipping.
I received a charge on my credit card for that plus an additional $45.
Of course I immediately called them and made threats and cleared this up. I received a refund of my money. However, now I received charges on my credit card from this Discountselectshop.com (sister company).
Everyone needs to check their Credit Card statements regularly for either of these companies.

Like everyone else I too fell for it and was charge the membership fee, however I call them and threatened them with a class action law suit and held firm on 100% refund and got ALL my money back in just 2 days! They said 35 % then 75% then 95 and I said no I wont every dime or it would cost them millions if this went to court.
