I order my daughter 2nd gen AirPods like two weeks before Christmas. It took a couple days to even receive my invoice email which raised a red flag of course. Now I am feeling like everyone else in these comments we all have been scammed which is sad. I know times are hard but stealing from random people who earned their money is heartless and cruel.

@DiscountstoreBa DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS PLACE..!! Scammers! After taking my money , and a painfully slow shipment they sent me fake AirPods. FAKE. They won’t answer emails until you post a bad review. Like I said don’t waste your money ordering anything and don’t waste your time waiting for it to arrive , only to not be genuine products. I hope this reaches as many people that need to hear this.

Ordered a set of refurbished AirPod pros 3 weeks ago. Got a shipment notice on Dec. 11 and still have received nothing. The USPS confirmation continues to only indicate that a label has been created. Worried I have been scammed.

I bought two pairs of apple airpods a couple weeks before Christmas because the website said they would arrive before Christmas, now it’s a week after Christmas and they are still not here. I’ve sent multiple emails to the website requesting assistance with getting my purchase sent but I haven’t gotten a response. I’ve been scammed for hundreds of dollars.

Part of the growing iPod pro buyers who have not received the paid for product. Got message had shipped 11 December after purchasing 2 December. Sent emails but no replies . Hoping they just over sold and under delivered but appears they have actually just scammed a large group. Fingers crossed that unless they rectify all of our purchases this is their last Christmas in business.

Ordered certified refurbished AirPod pro 2, received it in 4 weeks, it was to be in brand new condition from the way it looked, but problem started when I made a phone call, the other party could not hear me clearly, tried to contact them but they didn’t respond , and since the Apple warranty on the phone was showing still active , i reported it to Apple, they examined it in the store and told me that this is NOT GENUINE, it’s a fake one, contacted the company again 7 times by email didn’t respond, the phone is also a joke, it is just an IVR, wont get you to anyone. Watch out, what they call refurbished stuff are fake

Ordered airpods as a Christmas gift on December 9th. Received an email saying they shipped on December 11th. Still have not received them and tracking only shows that a label was created. Have reached out via email and the website four different times and no response. Thinking this is a scam.

I ordered airpods on 12/14, a shipping label was created on 12/19 and it's 12/29 and USPS is still waiting for the product. This site is totally a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They will take your $ and not respond to emails and there is no one to talk to when you call.

Scammed. Ordered AirPods and never shipped. Never able to connect with anyone. Can’t even cancel the order. Total scam.

I ordered a Dyson flat iron on Black Friday and I have not received it yet!! The customer service is awful, they don’t answer the phone calls nor emails!

This site is a total scam. I purchased a pair of AirPod Pro 2nd generation on 12/14/23. They charged me, sent an invoice and even sent me a tracking number on 12/19. However, they never actually sent the item. They just have a shipping label created by the carrier but never send your package to them to be delivered. The customer service number is all recordings and tells you to email them. I've sent 5 emails over the past week with no replies. There is no way to talk to an actual person or get your money back. Do not order from this site!
***After reading more reviews on here I noticed the store only replies to those who had a good experience and rated them 5 stars. Where is the response to those of us who paid, never got our product and can't get in contact for a refund???

Don’t Trust Them. I ordered my items on the 18h and it said it would arrive before Christmas. I have yet to receive my AirPods. I have emailed them 3 times and no response. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THEM

Do NOT order anything from these people. Ordered air pods about 3 weeks ago so they would get here in time for Christmas they sat there with a usps tracking number waiting for pickup for 2 weeks and still hasn’t had any movement on tracking. Sent two emails with absolutely no response. Had to buy them off eBay on the 26th of December and they should be here in a day. Buy from eBay much more reliable.

I am having the same issues as others. Tracking says a label was made at the beginning of Dec. and then the information stops. Right now I have no idea if my item is coming or not.

This website is a scam. I can’t get anyone to return my emails, and I can’t a human on the phone. My order has been in “shipping label created” since 12/11. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Have the same issue as everyone else it seems. Order AirPod pros and my order has said processing for a week now. I have sent an email with no response and the phone number is useless.

We purchased Apple air pods from DSB that ended up being defective. My partner emailed the company and received these instructions:
Dear Customer, Your return request to send back your item for repair (if repair is not possible then a replacement may be given) has been approved. This return will be processed by a third party repair
company.
The return needs to be sent to: Ship Manager 28010
Eucalyptus Ave Moreno Valley, CA 92555 After receipt of the return, the repair company will repair your item, and then mail back the repaired item to the address used for your original order. If repair is not possible, then a replacement unit may be provided.

We waited over 2 months. Called and emailed several times to check on the status with absolutely NO RESPONSE.

They totally ignored our inquiries. After I posted my original review (in oct. 23), discount store bargains disputed it on trust pilot because I did not include the order number. I missed the email from Trustpilot asking for more information. When I saw it a couple of days later I responded with details of the order number. My husband was actually the person who placed the order.

Nearly immediately after I posted my clarification on Trust Pilot, my husband received a phone call from somebody at discount store bargains. WE WERE TOLD THE ONLY WAY WE COULD GET A REFUND WAS TO TAKE DOWN THE NEGATIVE REVIEW ON TRUST PILOT. They played dumb as to what was going on, acting like they knew nothing of the directions to send to get repaired, even though they instructed us (in early August) to send the defective AirPods to get fixed somewhere in Moreno Valley, CA. We were pissed about having to take down the review, but wanted to get our money back. They did refund us, but BEWARE Discount Store Bargains is a very unethical company.

I ordered airpods pro second generation grade A refurbished and checked out as a guest. At checkout, the website said they would be delivered by Christmas, so when I went to check on the status today (two days after Christmas), I found that I never even received a confirmation email or tracking number, yet they charged my card for the transaction. I have sent an email to their customer service with no response yet. It was a great deal, so I don't want my money back. I want the product I paid for immediately.

Still no response to countless emails.....still no change in shipping label being created and no product being sent to usps....thieves and criminals on this site.....every 24 hours I'm leaving a negative review and working hard to completely shut the business down

I am feeling like I was scammed like everyone else here. I checked out as a guest, when I bought my son's 3rd generation airpods, I have a reference number for my order, but never received the email/invoice, although my payment went through immediately. The website had said free shipping and that I'd get it by Dec. 22nd. So my son had nothing to open on Christmas, when his siblings all did. Then I went back to the site and contacted them by email and put a set in my cart to match the price. They contacted me via email about completing my order, but never responded to my email. I called the phone number and it says you can get all information on the website. Which is false. I guess they are too good to be true. Butvalso frustrating that they have "Trusted Site" Logo on their page. Reference number JLTKOBSVL.
