First of all can I say I was sceptical about all the positive reviews, how wrong I was.
I decided to submit a quotation request late evening and was contacted at noon the next day with a quotation form Jack Snare.
I filled in the Order Request and Finance Application and to my amazement my Finance was approved within an hour and half.
Order placed and the whole Process done in less than 3 hours.
I E Mailed and asked a couple of questions and received a reply within minutes, yes minutes.
Absolutely Fantastic service form Jack, I have already told others who Lease to check Discover Car Leasing out.

Please note: I had previously applied with 2 other Large well known companies.
The first, whom I am currently with took weeks to asses my Finance request and I had to send proof of income etc which I did. They then still didnt approve or reject my finance.
The second, got my Bank wrong and managed to get Banks address wrong.
I have an excellent Credit Score so was bemused as to why the 2 companies were so Inept, customer service was terrible. Never answered the phone never answered E Mail.

No such problems with Discover Car Leasing, I would have no hesitation in recommending them, 5 Stars is not enough.

Jack has been excellent throughout all of the paperwork for my new lease car. He and the team were very prompt with responses and ensured my car came quickly. They were also very accommodating when some circumstances changed too - I was very appreciative of this.

This was the second time that we’ve used Discover Car Leasing. We cannot fault the seamless service and advice they provide. They’re professional, knowledgeable and very proactive. Jack pulled it out of the bag again with a great deal on a Volvo. We’re extremely pleased the car. Cannot recommend them highly enough and we’ll certainly be using them next time.

This was a first time lease for us, Jack was very helpful throughout the whole process, never pushy. Its been a pain free experience, I haven’t felt pushed into anything which you some times get with sales. Jack's help and patience during the initial model selection was very much appreciated. We now have a vehicle on lease that we are very comfortable with.
