Useless assembly tools.

The bike itself was fine but the alum keys and spanner were so soft they smoothed off leaving us unable to assemble bike. Had to go and buy new tools! Handlebar adjuster bolts too tight to unscrew.Assembly took hours which wasn't fab on a 21 st birthday morning!

Out of date adverts

I ordered a bike that was not available. My money was taken it is now three days later and my money has not been returned to my account there by stopping me from purchasing another bike.
Given that sending and returning money is a very quick and simple process I find it unacceptable to have to wait so long. It is a bank holiday weekend so I expect I will not get a refund until next week ahhh!!!!!!

I have been waiting for my bike for 2 weeks, each time I call them they say the bike will arrive tomorrow. That is rubbish and waste of time

Very quick delivery item as expected

I was going to pay extra for item to arrive before good Friday as I only ordered on the Tuesday but didn t need it so didn t pay extra and it arrived on the Thursday anyway Excellent!! Item I have had previously so as expected. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent customer are

From start to finish this is an excellent compAny, very good staff. The bike was delivered within two working days...... Love the bike it's great. I have already recommended the company to three of my work colleagues who have liked my bike.

Great service and fast delivery

The bike I originally ordered went out of stock. Helpful staff called me and arranged an alternative with same specs. Delivered fast. Was surprisingly easy to put bike together.

worse than 1 star

i ordered a bike in december which turned out to be faulty. I informed them that the seat post didn't fit and had to wait 3 weeks while they contacted the manufacturers to find out what to do. I was then informed that the bike was indeed faulty and needed to be sent back. Im still waiting for them to arrange a courier to collect this so i can get a refund (22/02/16). customer service is awful. i have to continually ring and email them to find out what is the hold up rather than them keeping me up to date. If you want a bike, avoid this place, more hassle than its worth!!!!

Buy elsewhere

After they failed to deliver my items on Friday, I was offered a Sat AM slot. Come 1:30pm Nothing has arrived and I have been offered no solution. Drives me crazy these companies don't understand that days of work have to be taken off and this is unacceptable. I would not recommend to anyone!

Friendly but a couple of frustrations

I really enjoyed Discover cycling's website and found them very helpful when I telephoned to arrange delivery.

Unfortunately there were two problems:
1) I requested via phone to have the bike delivered to the local Yodel depot, but instead the bike was left with a neighbour. This wasn't the end of the world and was quite convenient for me, but I think was a bit of a pain for my neighbour.

2) There was a large puncture in the rear inner tube. This is a bit of shame as it delayed getting out and about on the bike.

But other than that, it was a good experience. I'd appreciate any response that Discover Cycling have to this feedback.

Excellent bike- website needs sorting

I ordered my Raleigh Motus bike on January 1st and it was delivered on January 11th. I am very pleased with the bike and was able to get up a steep hill this morning! I bought it so I could enjoy riding through the Peak District including all the hills. I wasn't able to track my bike via the website which didn't register my order probably because I paid via PayPal. However the company were very helpful when phoning directly and gave me the tracking number.
