Louis was excellent from the outset, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. I had previously obtained a quote from another provider, but they were unable to come close to the value offered.
The installation process was equally impressive. The entire team, including the scaffolders, roofers, and electrician, were courteous, respectful, and maintained a high standard of tidiness throughout, leaving the property clean and free of any mess.
The system installed included 19 panels, a 6kW Fox inverter, and an 11.2kW battery.
I would highly recommend Louis and Discover Solar.

I have been interested in solar power for some time, but has always found it difficult to find consistent answers from people within the industry. Upon trying again I was fortunate to come across Louis and his company Discover Solar. how refreshing to find someone who is knowledgeable, honest and patient with my many questions.

He was came and did an actual site visit rather than just asking for a post code to generate a quote! Taking time to discuss our options available we decided to go ahead and I am so glad we did. The installation of 19 panels, battery and inverter happened exactly and on the day agreed and we are saving so much on our electricity already. The whole process was seamless and he kept me up to date before, during and after installation. Helping with the DNO and MPAN number for us, even two weeks after installation he is more than happy to answer any questions we have.

I don't often leave trade feedback, but Louis and his team deserve significant recognition of their professional and courteous approach and I have no hesitation in recommending them for your solar installation.

Really professional service, from quote to install always there to answer questions and work with you. Installers really polite and friendly, happy to talk through what they are doing and how things work. Cleaned up all the mess afterwards. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of getting Solar.

Finally had the installation completed today.
The whole process was handled professionally and met all my expectations.
Louis was very patient answering all my different queries on what to fit as I wanted to be specific in what system I installed. He went through all the types until finally I chose what system I needed.
The installation team Mark and Stewart were excellent.
They were extremely thorough in their installation and Mark even pointed out some minor errors in the existing distribution board and corrected them also

Getting Solar Panels installed with Luis was a great experience and smooth. He went over the details and timelines and gave good advise as well regarding the Battery/Number of Panels. It's been more than 2 months now and Happy with the installation.

I recently purchased solar panels from Discover Solar and have been impressed ever since. It was a great decision to go solar, especially over the summer with any spare energy being exported back to the grid and getting paid for it.

The installation team completed the job in a days work and the scaffolding was taken down one week after installation. I will be recommending them to my friends.

Service and customer support was great. Very time efficient. I happy so happy with the install and the great savings I have already received. Was very nervous with getting it installed as it was not going to be cheap. But now I have had it for a few months I am so happy.
