Awful customer service
Another company who seem to avoid as much as possible any contact with customers.
What started with me setting up an account and possibly making an error with what I assumed was automated termly payments for my daughters music lessons. Soon became a nightmare to solve what I thought would be a quick and simple issue.
They ignored my requests 5 times for a telephone number so I could call to discuss …. and never actually addressed the questions in my emails???
Most difficult to deal with. Very poor example of how to help customers.
