I've relied upon the services of Discovery Italy since 2024.
This year, I've had consistent demand for Sicily. In each of my bookings, Discovery adhered to a winning process:
-They moved forward only after carefully determining what the client wants (e.g., itinerary, special client interests, accommodation level and cost expectations).
-During the booking process, Discovery continually seeks travel advisor and client feedback
-For departure, Discovery Italy prepares an exhaustive range of client questions (-with answers-) to reduce the client anxiety that sometimes occurs with customized tours.
-Discovery Italy encourages client feedback about any issue during the tour. Upon return - working through the travel advisor - within 7-10 days client feedback is gathered and shared with Discovery Italy
Clearly, Discovery Italy is not a "one and done" type of tour operator. Rather, it's committed to a "continuous improvement" approach. That greatly helps to ensure that my clients visiting Sicily and elsewhere in Italy are pleased. Discovery Italy and I have a successful partnership!

Discovery Italy is a Fantastic Company
Discovery Italy tours is a fantastic tour company. They arranged a one-of-a-kind experience for my client's trip to Sicily. They have come home raving about the guides, drivers and tours.
Very easy to work with. Simona was very responsive and accommodating with any requests we had.
I will definitely use them again and recommend to all my friends!

Happy Clients Every time
Discovery Italy does a fabulous job for my clients. Every client has raved about the services and support. One client had a life changing experience when her driver made an effort to find her relatives in a tiny town near Naples - she now has a family she never knew before. From moderate to luxury they do a fabulous job and have excellent contacts. I just had a very discerning family with 4 adult children on a luxury trip in Tuscany, Florence, and Venice - with Sicily. Very happy people.
