Excellent company with new yachts offered us fantastic sailing vacations.
Base personnel were very polite helpful and easy going and really answered every question and gave us advise during our charter week.

We chartered Wiseas as a last minute charter for 3 days in Bolos. Katia was swift with her responses and Alex was super helpful on spot. We also rented a skipper, who was very kind, discreet and helpful, and he showed us hidden gems and some Mamma Mia spots we were so eager to see! Thank you very much for the amazing experience!

We rented Bali Catspase Wiseas for one week. As soon as we arrived at the port Alex and the girl from the office greeted us and helped us with documents and then Alex went for check in with the skipper.
Procedure was very smooth and quick.
Sporades were amazing, we especially loved Skiathos. Alex and Katia helped us with restaurant and beach recommendations, and we got to try some of the best dishes we ever tried.
We returned on Friday evening, skipper did check out with Alex while we prepared for dinner.
We left Saturday morning refreshed and relaxed from a wonderful week.
Overall it was a great experience, communication was really good with Alex and the company, and we will certainly return next year.

From start to finish, the service was truly exceptional. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The catamaran was in perfect condition — comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. A flawless experience in every way.

Agency from hell, worst charter experience ever! Avoid them at all costs. I honestly don't know where to start, since there are so many things to cover…

- Life-threatening unprofessional modifications to the boat
- False advertising
- Incorrect basic functionality of the vessel

And yes, I know, this agency will respond to this review by saying we are lying, or they will make things up (that is their modus operandi)

I will point out the worst and most dangerous thing, their unprofessional (quick DIY repairs) lead to a life-threatening situation, where they put all of our lives in danger with their unprofessional modifications to the gangway of the ship, and where an incident occurred where our friend slipped and fell into the sea (luckily he wasn't seriously injured)

They used non-certified materials (non UV resistant) decking boards from DIY stores, which they cut and put on the gangway (proof in the pictures), as you can see in photos, material degraded and weakened. It is so brittle that it can be broken by hand.

But let's start one by one...

We booked a boat through this agency, for the period 26 July 2025 - 2 August 2025, Catamaran Lagoon 40 Fratelli, immediately upon arrival we were greeted by a very unpleasant / unprofessional representative of this agency named Alex.

We additionally paid 80 EUR for an outboard motor (for a dinghy), which was not working properly at the start upon handover, the throttle lever did not work properly, and after 2 uses the same motor completely broke down...

False advertising of the boat with additional amenities, such as solar panels (which do not work at all), a power inverter (which is only 150-200 W and works on only 1 socket (practically unusable)), a boat that is advertised as being in excellent condition, that it is 2022-23, but in reality the situation is a disaster, the boat is so worn out that it can be safely said that it resembles a boat over 10+ years old.

The boat had completely faulty boat batteries, which could not support the use of DC power for about 2-3 hours, so we constantly had to start the engines to recharge.

The pipes from shower cabins and toilets, are intertwined and modified, the waste from the toilets is released into the bilge part of the ship, where the bilge pump pumps it out (some crazy modifications). At one point the starboard side smelled like strong feces.....

The sailing ropes are in a catastrophic state, twisted, so bad that at one point we couldn't lower the mainsail, we had to climb up and pull it down manually…

1 out of 2 fridges was broken ( totally not working).
2 Fans ( ventilators in the rooms ) were broken

Constantly we were trying to reach them, and ask for support, but their base manager was unavailable, answering to us after 10 calls, very late in the evening and so on.
One afternoon, ( at Skopelos) they sent their representative, which was also unprofessional and unpleasant, after explaining to him in a most pleasant way the situation + the situation with broken boat gangway ( where my friend almost lost a leg), he was laughing to us….

After returning to Volos ( main port ) on Friday evening, they were also unpleasant and very aware of the situation, that things were not right. But very prepared for a verbal argument.

Only because we did not want to spoil the last night of our vacation, we did not call the police,

The most sincere advice for everyone, check your agencies well, you are not only paying for a good vacation, but in a way you are also entrusting your life, so be very careful!!!!

We rented a catamaran for 10 days in Corfu and we had a really great time.

We had booked a Bali 4.0 and were upgraded freely to a Bali 4.2. Yacht was in great condition, everything was working fine. Only had a small issue with the dinghy motor.

Support was great, before, during and after the charter. We had some minor damage and Discovery took care of it free of charge.

Great company and always awailable. Big thumb up!

The most helpful, professional yachting charter company I have used. They made everything easy for us from the minute we booked with them.
We will definitely use them again next year, super friendly and supplied a great boat.

It was our first time trying holidays on a yacht.. everyone was really helpful and willing to answer all our questions, and even organized a provisioning list, and when we arrived everything was already in its place! Company appointed one professional Skipper, and he took us to many picturesque places! Just wonderful!

We had a great time onboard a Lagoon 40! Friendly and kind staff, and clean yachts! Welcome pack was appreciated.
