So I had this situation when they forget to place a disk in my box. I wrote them an email and they responded the same they and in the next day they sent me my disk with express shipping. Excellent
Ordering was easy and delivery fast (from SWE to LV). In winter season will be great training aid.

Bought suprise boxes. Great variation and quality in discs. One was defect and they were so kind to send me a new.
