I can't say enough good things about DIS Clinic. The dentists explained the treatment options to me, they were professional and skilled, and the clinic had a welcoming atmosphere. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you to Maya's help and the whole staff for my new smile! Very recommended

Professional, good treatment and amazing results

I just had the final part of my dental treatment in Istanbul with Dis Levent dental surgery, via Flymedi.
All I can say is I am absolutely astonished with the results.
But firstly, the staff…
Deniz was my coordinator for both of my visits, and she has been absolutely first class. No question was too small, and her patience, empathy and professionalism were second to none. She made everything easy and hassle free and took care of everything, most of the time before I even realised I needed something.
Can (John) also aided me on part of my visit, and while Deniz was my first point of contact, Can was also outstanding.
Dis Levent dentists have, by no exaggeration, the best dentists I have ever met (and I’ve met a few as you’ll see below by what I had to have done…)
Dr Ruchan was my primary dentist and he is nothing short of a magician. He was patient, confident, understanding, and most importantly, a complete professional with unbelievable skills. Anytime I can now smile confidently, and pain free, is solely down to his expertise.
Dr. Musa was also involved, and the same can be said about him as I said about Dr. Ruchan. While Dr. Musa wasn’t as involved in my treatment, he was amazing with what he did do.
Ela was a manager of the dentists and she was also brilliant. She helped with every step of the process, always with a smile and whatever time you needed from her was never too much.
All of the staff at Dis Levent were outstanding. Nothing short of an amazing experience (and for me to say that about a dentist? I would never have believed that).

I have had dental issues all my life, to the point where at the end of a tooth started to hurt, I would just ask for an extraction. I have had very bad experiences in the dental chair, mainly in the UK (I won’t go into them here and make you wince, but let’s just say one of them was a root canal that wasn’t anesthetised properly, and I’ve had at least 3 extractions that I felt EVERYTHING).
I am probably one of the most dental phobic people you could meet, so for me to have something positive to say about a dentist, ANY dentist, is a miracle in itself.

The treatment I had with Dis Levent, spread out over 2 visits while the implants healed into my jaw:
5 extractions, a sinus lift, 8 implants posts, 14 root canals, teeth shaving, and 28 zirconium crowns.

I had a general Anaesthetic for the implants which isn’t necessarily required, but I could not do it without that.
I also had 2 treatments under twilight sedation (root canals and then teeth shaving) as, again, I couldn’t do it without that.

This treatment in the UK would have cost me approximately 5 times the amount I paid (even including my flights, hotels, food etc).

Flymedi took care of EVERYTHING, and all I had to do was book my flights.

I have never been happier with my smile and that is down to Flymedi, and Dis Levent dental surgery. I am indebted to what you have done for me. Changed my life. Thank you so much.

I’m not one to leave feedback on companies to be honest but felt like I had to leave one for Dis Levent International because of their attention to detail and professionalism. From the moment I started to think about getting my teeth done I was petrified as it’s the most important thing when you smile and you hear horror stories about turkey. But from the moment I started talking to Maya the English Speaking lady who was lovely and couldn’t do enough for you from being collected at the airport, having the full Hollywood Smile of 26 Zircronium Crowns too and bottom and the hotel back to the airport they really really look after you. They really take the time to discuss your procedure and they care, they really care about you which is lovely. My doctor was Dentist Dr Ruchan who is a magician and his attention to detail is amazing, even working to 10:40pm one night to get what he wanted done done. He even asked that I go back at 8pm just because he wasn’t happy with the gap and bite which I couldn’t notice but he did and so he wanted it perfect. The whole thing was so amazing and I never had anything to worry about. Even having some injections in my mouth, he told me his patients don’t feel the injections as he numbs it first and he was right, I had about 6 injections and didn’t feel a thing. I even said to him he was super gentle - if you are looking to get any dental work done at all then I would highly recommend this company. I wish I could upload the photos of before or after (guess you’ll see them on their website anyway) because I am soooo pleased with the outcome, my smile is 100% perfect and I can’t thank Maya, Dr Ruchan and the team for such an amazing effort. Really, this is the go to dentist for sure. Steven xx
