Where’s the customer Service !!! Disgusting

Where’s the customer Service !!!! I placed an order it says it’s delivered by Evri!! ( need I say more) I don’t have it. I’ve tried Disneys virtual assistant, useless. A ticket number was given & email sent but have had no contact since. I’ve tried live chat no one available. I’ve sent an email no reply & I’ve tried calling 3 times & held on for 36 minutes & more each time but no one answers.

That was Christmas I bought 2 NBC mugs…

That was Christmas I bought 2 NBC mugs with plushes inside. Like always, before you pay they ask if you want this bag or another bag or bla bla items with special discount. I said no just a regular plastic bag . ( that time the plastic bag still free) But after I leave the shop one minute! Really! Just one minute the bag broken! Of course one of the mug broken. Luckily I did get a new one.
I do understand you don’t want to spend too much money to something you give away for free. But still that kind bag that kind quality...As long as you did shopping in the store you could see the big different between the “old” plastic bag ( pretty color, strong)and the new one( blue&white color,very thin,very light). The worst was the staff “ that’s why we suggest our customers to buy the handle bags” What? No sorry but only bad excuse. This will never happened in any Japanese Disneystore! “Disney”is a international famous brand. You could do so much better than this!

Disney store excellent have managed to…

Disney store excellent have managed to keep delivering during covid 19 I have ordered multiple times and each one has arrived within time stated delays are clearly listed. They have kept going where other companies are failing.

Paid for an item begging of December..

Paid for an item begging of December... gave a tracking number.. nothing ... parcel was Never Sent!!!! They offered me a voucher for the purchase price!!! As come January item was out of stock... finally got the 4 pounds postage back... disgusting will never use again... didnt care my grandson didnt get the ONE thing he so wanted for xmas

No bags for customers.

The sales people were nice, told me about sales and asked if I needed help. When I was about to pay for my stuff the person behind the counter asked if I would like to purchase a bag for an extra $1.50. I said no I'll just take the bags that they have. He said we don't offer bags trying reduce their footprint on the economy. I had 10 items and they wouldn't give me a bag I had to carry my stuff out in my arms and find a bag somewhere else.
