⚠️ No customer service / communication ⚠️👎🏼

⚠️ Good products but after getting an email confirming my order had been shipped I noticed it had the wrong address so I immediately emailed dispensr with no reply for a few days I sent another email still no reply so I found there @hello email address and sent a 3rd email now been over 2 weeks and no reply at all very disappointed I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from dispensr if you have a problem with your item you will not get any help from them ⚠️👎🏼

My Go-To Vendor in Europe

I recommend this website to all of my friends - there's a wide range of products and the customer service is excellent (and difficult to find these days). David especially is really helpful and is an absolute legend. I had an issue with one of the devices I ordered and he immediately offered a replacement and also threw in some really generous freebies as an apology. Highly recommended!!

Zero Communication

It's been over a week and I haven't received any tracking number or email confirming my package has been shipped.

Neither the company phone number nor the support email work. I've found a different email here on Trust pilot which I will try, but if I don't hear from anyone soon I'll be opening a dispute with my bank.

It's a shame really, they have a great selection of items.

(Update) As of 14/03/2023 I still haven’t heard from them, I’ll be giving them 2 more days then contacting my bank.

Absolutely shocking service, perhaps they had a good reputation in the past… not anymore though.

(Update) I never received any response, and had to get my money back via my bank. Do not give your money to these people.

problems with my order.

1. support email is broken
2. got a reply via the hello email address saying i would be contacted next morning first thing.
3. heard nothing and tried to email again only for my email to be rejected completely as spam
4. emailed via another email address but have not received any reply.

Edit I have now received communication and have been told my shipment will ship tomorrow. -- will update on arrival. upping the rating until 3 and changing the title.

Edit 2: The items have arrived.

Made a purchase with this company for a an DynaVap Omni on a he 17th of November, emailed them multiple times no response. I then get a shipping email on the Monday and still nothing on Thursday, to put it in comparison I order a tetra p80 from the USA sent Monday revived Wednesday. The company do not care to communicate with there customers at all, if your in the uk like me dnot bother order from vape fiend better company. Received the email with the tracking link which shows it should of been delivered on Tuesday gone with no more absolve information, if my items are not received the beginning of next Tuesday I’ll claim fraud and call my card company. Guys learn from me ignore this company.

Good Company - initially problems but got resolved

Update 2: Package finally arrived today and they to make up for it they added items worth about two or three times of what I ordered, its crazy!
Now I have enough vapes to gift to my friends to convert them to vaping haha

Update:
After I emailed them again and set a deadline after which I would contact my bank to get a refund through my credit card, I got a reply saying that they‘re sorry and the shipment is on the way (also received an email from PostNL) and that they added a gift to make up for it.
I chose to believe that what they say is true, so they are still a legitimate company even though the customer support is a bit slow and mistakes happen.

First order about 1/2 year ago went fine. This time I send them an email asking when it will be shipped after 1 week of waiting for it to be shipped. Was told it would be shipped on the 10/10/2022. Did receive a shipping confirmation from them but no tracking number. Contacted them again on the 21. and asked for the tracking number and only got a reply that they will look into it.
It has now been 25 Days since I placed the order.
Fortunately I paid with a credit card so I should be able to get the money back through insurance.
Will consider seeking legal action if the package does not arrive though.
