Nice support!

Had a little bit of a bump with the shipping options as Displate doesnt ship sadly to my country and also doesnt ship to PO box adress. But they asked me about the situation specifically, and after some clarification we found a way to get through this obstacle and my order is already on the way to the PO box.

Clean, straightforward, helpful support. Thank you for the cooperation in this!

Not Your Fault

Unfortunately, my grandson got his gift late, but it wasn't your fault. I never got the response to my question about free shipping, and by the time I got your response, and ordered again with the code (thank you) it was late. Good News: He loved it.

Great products and customer service!

The product is great. Very well finished and solidly made. The customer service is terrific. The delivery company lost my parcel. When I contacted Displate their response was quick, polite and very professional. They reassured me that a replacement would be sent promptly and they also gave me a 35% off code for my next purchase, which I’ll definitely use. Very impressed with this company’s products and customer service.

Excellent Customer Service.

What made my experience great was how quickly the custom service replied to me. I had an issue with the 1 year voucher and they replied very professionally and kind. I know I can rely on them again if I needed more assistance.

An awful mounting system

An awful mounting system that cannot adhere to walls, ruins the product (and your floors). After writing back and forth, a painted wall, that pretty much anyone would consider smooth, is not smooth enough. So unless you have perfectly smooth walls (like glass, I guess), it wont work apparantly.

But they love telling you this has been thouroughly tested... (On what planet do they have walls this smooth?)

If you do even the slightest google search, its a very common problem. This is just neglect on Displates part. The community's response is basically just: "Yes it is awful, you have to do something else yourself".

The solution, as per Displate themselves, is to drill a hole in the magnet and put a nail through it.
If you dont have walls suitable for nails, you're just screwed, I guess.

Why there isnt just a hole in the magnet from the factory, is beyond me. There should be. Expecting people to do this is ridicoulous.

I'll be of to invent a way to mount these reliably. Displates solution is e-waste.

DO NOT TRUST IT.

If you dont have the know-how to diy something better, DO NOT BUY.

Please rest assured that our mounting system is indeed tested across a variety of wall types and conditions to ensure it is safe and secure when used according to the instructions. That said, the effectiveness of the system can depend on a multitude of factors, such as heat, humidity, or the manner in which a poster was mounted on a wall, and most importantly, the surface on which a poster is placed. Hence, it’s important to avoid textured, uneven, or improperly prepared walls.

Nevertheless, this is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have, and we will do our best to rectify this issue with your damaged poster. We have just replied to your direct message, so please check your mailbox.

Couldn't be happier with the purchase…

My son wanted these posters of his favorite artists for his bedroom. They seemed expensive but ordered one large, one medium and three small ones. We couldn't be happier. They look upscale and really cool in his room. He absolutely loves them. Incredibly easy to hang. One of the posters came slightly damaged so I emailed the company photos and they are replacing it NO problem. Couldn't be happier with the purchase!

Loving my Skyrim Displate!

I'm really loving my Skyrim Textra of the Dovahkiin! I just wish you had a Textra for the Mass Effect Normandy SR2 posters, I would have bought one. Skyrim and Mass Effect have been the most impactful games in my life, so I was hoping I could have gotten both. Nevertheless, I'm still extremely happy with my Displate, thanks!

Customer service is top notch

I ordered 3 posters from displate which my son absolutely loves. But the real win for this company is that one of the posters came off the wall. I contacted the company to let them know they got back to me the same day and once established that it was not our fault they sent out a replacement within a week. Their customer service is without a doubt one step ahead. I would definitely use them again.

My displate came in with shipping…

My displate came in with shipping damage and I contacted Displate right away. Not only did they immediately respond to the issue, they apologized for something they had no control over and had me a replacement sent to me within 5 days. That is the absolute BEST customer and product support I haver ever experienced(I'm57 lol)! I didnt even mention that my art piece was even nicer than I expected! Thank you again!

Fast replacement

I received my limited edition displate bent in half. I’ll admit I was disappointed, I contacted support and sent the photos of the damaged displate and less than a week a new one was sent to me. I was shocked how fast it was replaced. I’m grateful for their support team. I’ll continue being customer.
