i dont have problem with support, and everything was good, however one problem i had that displate couldnt put some address, on 2nd address just because it looked like P.O box address but it wasnt, other than that it was good, support team responds fastly and kindly and in general it was good

I had a great experience with the Displate Client Experience Team. Had a minor issue with a damaged item upon delivery, but after I sent over some photos, Natalia and the team handled it immediately. They arranged a replacement right away without requiring me to return the damaged item, which made the whole process incredibly easy. My initial order had issues, as the package was lost by the carrier (FedEx). I was first told I would need to wait up to two additional weeks just to locate the package and proceed from there, even though it was already over a week late. This order was meant to be a birthday gift, which is why the situation was particularly frustrating.
However, after approximately 48–72 hours following my initial contact, Displate’s support team reached out and offered a solution. They proposed to replace the order and confirmed that I would not be charged twice, which I appreciate.
While the initial handling of the situation was disappointing, the follow-up support has been helpful and reassuring.
As promised, I am updating my review after receiving the product. The poster is genuinely awesome—great quality and very easy to mount on the wall. I absolutely love it. The support team has been excellent, offering multiple solutions to make this experience a success. A big thanks to them. ❤️

I ordered two Displates and the freight carrier kept claiming that the package was being held because of import fees. The Displate customer service team was awesome. After valiantly addressing the carrier they finally admitted that they had lost the package. Diplate replaced my order at no additional charge and I received my Displate posters in excellent condition within days. I will definitely buy more posters from them in the future.

I have ordered quite a few displates now and a few times they ship damaged or i even had one that fell down. I got replacement fast in all cases and no hassle. Good customer support and great art :)
