Just a warning to anyone thinking about using Dissertation Boss — don’t. I paid them for a writing service, and they claimed they never got my payment. After sending the proof, I decided to cancel, as it felt shady. They promised a refund within 5–7 business days, but after 8 days, nothing had been received. Then they completely stopped responding.

It turns out they don’t have a real U.S. address (the Colorado one they list is fake) and no working phone number. I had to contact my bank and the BBB to try to get my money back. I had a very disappointing experience with Dissertation Boss. After I made a payment, they claimed they never received it. When I provided proof of payment, I decided to cancel my order within their stated timeframe. They confirmed that I would receive a refund in 5–7 business days, but after more than a week, no refund was issued, and they stopped replying to my emails.

Further research showed they have no verified U.S. address or working phone number, despite advertising otherwise. I filed disputes with my bank and the BBB to recover the $217 I paid. I recommend avoiding this company altogether.
