Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling. I ordered my item in early December 2024 and received it late February 2025. No information was provided on the lead time. When I attempted to contact them on multiple occasions I didn’t receive a reply. I was starting to believe it was a scam so I raised a case on PayPal. This was when I received contact from the seller. They provided the wrong contact to the courier which meant that they arrived on my doorstep with 20 minutes notice.

After researching some of the business info on their website (ACN), I couldn’t find any listings on the register. I don’t know what’s going on here, either way, they failed to meet basic customer service standards and I would think twice about engaging with this business.

The craftsmanship is absolutely outstanding, and the quality is evident in every detail. It was made to order and delivered within just four weeks.

Solid table and shopping experience

We scoured every corner for the perfect natural wood dining table to match our new kitchen, and Distinctive Interior was consistently the top choice. With options to select the colour and style of the legs, we were able to create exactly what we envisioned. The delivery process was smooth with only basic assembly required. The table is incredibly solid and well-built, surpassing our expectations and completing our kitchen diner beautifully. We’re thrilled with the result and will definitely turn to Distinctive Interior first for any future furniture needs.
