My first communication with Distons was to register my appliance which I received in November.
Would like to say that for fitting and installing the machine the team were extremely professional and very detailed in their work. The best I've ever seen!
Unfortunately my appliance developed a problem within 3 weeks of usage.
I spoke with Ryan Diston who is the director of the company.
He made all the arrangements for me to have a replacement machine,which again was professionally installed. (Even gave me a complimentary set of laundry balls to go with the machine)
This has been a very positive experience of dealing with a company that really care.
I will certainly use them again and would recommend their services!

A new washing machine.
Your men came and fixed a new washing machine on Monday. They were very efficient, taking out the old washer and fixing the new one. When finished they tested it to see it was running OK. I was very pleased with the service provided.

Amazing, ordered Sunday, delivered Monday FREE, took all packaging away.

excelent company washing machine same price as from manufacturer direct only diffence was delivery .free from distons and delivery 4 days ealier .The delivery from company £16 more and door step rather than as distons did unpack and take away packaging.telephone manner exceptional and very helpful.

On time, called when 20mins away as promised. Very polite and respectful of kitchen floor when removing/replacing washing machine. If its possible to confirm if they turned off, and particularly back on, my water filter, I'd be grateful as I haven't heard it since and being on crutches cannot get to investigate. Would definitely recommend.
