Mum uses District Care to help her to stay independent in her own home. She has a wonderful relationship with all the carers and they punctuate the day with thoughtful, respectful caregiving in line with Mum’s various and variable needs. We wouldn’t manage without them.
I joined the District care team in April 2026 and its such a wonderful company to work for. To my training to my shadow shifts to working with doubles up and singles visits. I have enjoyed every step. I love working for District care because everyone is so lovely from the office staff to the seniors to the carers and clients. The people I have spoken to and worked with are amazing from having a sing song in a carers car to having a chat to the clients everyday is amazing.
If I have any problems from needing someone to give me guidance or support with a visit to needing a chat with someone from the office they.are they weather its something big or small they are always there. Even when they are busy they will make time to chat and see how things are going. This is just one of the few things I love about District care
I use District Care as carers for my dad and they are very good. My dad's needs can change and District Care are always happy to change things, even at very short notice. They are very approachable and the carers will always give me a call if there's anything I should know about. I also like having the rota emailed to me every week, so I can see what times the carers are visiting. Would definitely recommend.

District Care have been providing home care to my Mum for 5 months. From the initial comprehensive and detailed care planning to the carers visits, this has been a really supportive experience.
The teams have been trained to give thoughtful, skilled care to their clients whilst still including the family in the ongoing care.
They have liased with Occupational therapists and have been exemplary in using new pieces of equipment when necessary.
As my Mums care needs have increased, the rota have been changed to offer more visits.
We cannot praise this company and its staff highly enough. Thank you everyone.
