Absolutely amazing

Absolutely amazing, a place where I’ve laid down all the poems and songs I’ve written over the last nearly 20 yea in the voice and visionary .. It was nice to finally be the receiver and to ear it back to myself.

Unbelievably bad customer service

Unbelievably bad customer service. My two most popular songs have been uploaded by someone else (weeks after I'd uploaded them). I have been issued copyright strikes and they have threatened to close my account.

The only way to contact them is online chat. They refuse to answer any questions and give stock answers. When you ask a difficult question they cut you off and put you back to a bot.

I have sent several emails to the legal team, filled in the required forms, and heard nothing back. These are my songs, written and made by me only. I'm losing out on huge amounts of revenue from these, suffering reputational damage and there is zero help or empathy from Distrokid.

I need a response as soon as possible. This is my livelihood and no action is being taken. No responses to emails or questions, and no help whatsoever.

Please can someone contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue
