Customer service is great
The Quality of the products is good.
The shipping and stock controle could use some evaluation.
One item I ordered did not arrive, because of a stock eroor. Other items (ceramics) arrived broken twice because of poor packaging.
The customer service was very helpful and fast.
So overall I am satisfied with my experience.

They have an issue with inventory…
They have an issue with inventory accuracy. Aside form that, the clothing I did receive was excellent and I’ll buy from them again. I just hope they actually have what I’ve paid for in stock this time.
Disturbia refunded the unavailable item I paid for, but not until about a day before it was set to arrive. Suddenly, they realized they didn’t have it. Very annoying, but not the end of the world.
This time around I decided to inquire before paying to see if the same item really is in stock or if I’ll end up with nothing. They never responded. Hell, if I’m paying $325USD for a pair of boots, at least give a heads up about stock. It shows ins rock now, but it showed in stock before and was not. This lessened the experience.

Great Customer Service, Poor Packaging
I recently ordered a candle holder, the Ura Mystic Eye Candle Stick, but it arrived completely broken and without any protective bubble wrap. I filed a complaint through the app, and I appreciate how responsive the customer service was. They quickly offered to send a replacement after I provided photos of the damage.
Before the replacement was shipped, I politely asked if they could wrap it in bubble wrap, explaining that otherwise it would likely end up with the same fate as the first one. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived the very next day in exactly the same packaging, and it was once again damaged, with a chipped top edge.
At that point, I honestly didn’t even want to go through the process again. I’m just extremely disappointed. While I appreciate the responsive customer service, the poor packaging completely ruined the experience, and unfortunately I won’t be ordering from them again.

Great brand
I've ordered from Disturbia several times, and I'm sure I'll get more in the future. The only thing I wish was different is free postage for sending back returns / exchanges, as it's so hard to guess sizing for clothes online. Their sizing seems fairly consistent, but of course different styles always fit slightly differently so I have had to exchange sizes a couple of times.
