No where near the luxury brand (and price) they portray. Cheap feel, poorly presented. Outrageous shipping. Worthy of a hooker in Detroit, not a high end stripper.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

They charge in US dollars on the German website, send clothing in UK/Australia sizes (which are about two sizes smaller than US sizes), and don't accept returns on any sale items, which is illegal when you do online business in Germany. They are obligated to accept returns up to 14 days after delivery of the last item in an order.
It's common for one size to fit too snugly or loosely, based on the brand and sometimes even the lot of lingerie produced. They know that their return policy is unheard of for a lingerie company, so they usually have red warning banners on sale product pages. Customer service informed me that they make this obvious when I contacted them about returns and exchanges. However, a bug on the website prevented me from seeing this when I was shopping, and I only found out after contacting them. Customer service asked me for screenshots when I told them about the problem, and they just ignored me after I sent them.
If they do this to you when you order from Germany, check with the Verbraucherzentralen. If they lie to you, and tell you that you have no right to returns, you actually have more than a year to return the items and get a refund for the purchase and the initial standard shipping. But of course you have to send it back to Hong Kong.
