This website is an absolute scam, I purchased a watch for $235 AUD. When I received said watch the internal face was off centre. When talking with customer service they have offered to have it returned and and a new one sent back. Keep in mind that each email that is going back and forth I am not receiving a response for 2 days, I have gone to go make a return to receive a shipping label and there is no record of my order and when I mentioned to the customer service team they said they will get back to me because they are experiencing technical difficulties. DO NOT SHOP with this website as it is all just one big SCAM to get money out of you for a shitty product!

Good products, horrible customer service
Ditur had great competitive prices and a nice catalog. I ordered a $250 watch on 8/8/25.
After a few hiccups with customs, with great and prompt responses from Ditur support, I received my order about a week and half later. Unfortunately, the watch wasn’t a great fit for me and was a bit uncomfortable. The automated return page couldn’t find my order, so I sent them an email via their instructions. This was on 8/20/25.
Now on 11/11/25, I still haven’t received a return label. First it was just a standard wait. Then some things changed to their process and made it more complicated (9/5/25). Nothing for 3 weeks. They promised that the order wasn’t forgotten about and that they just needed more time.
Not getting a straight answer on why this is happening, as well as no action from the Ditur team until I hound them with emails has been very frustrating. Even if I eventually get a label and a refund, I cannot recommend Ditur as a watch marketplace. Just thankful this was a $250 basic watch - would not trust them with anything costing more.

Got exactly what I wanted and paid for.
The watch turned out exactly as I wanted it to be with the engraving and the gift wrapping, it made both me and my boyfriend very happy. And the delivery was on time.

Don't believe the promised delivery time
Don't buy at Ditur if delivery time and service matters!
I ordered a watch in what I believe was plenty of time to get it delivered. The day after I got a message that the order was packed and ready for pick-up by the delivery service. Then, I heard nothing until I four days later called Ditur and asked about the status. They acknowledged that the order had still not left the warehouse but they would get back to me with an update. They didn't. I contacted them the day after and was promised an update again. Still haven't received an update...
Ditur claims to have low prices and fast delivery. Both statements are false.

Still Waiting For This To Be Dispatched.(Annoying)
Not very impressed at all, ordered a watch which I thought would be dispatched quickly & well on its way but, instead just states On-Hold.
Also don’t seem to reply to emails.
Annoying when your money is tied up with a company & you have no control.
Just an update from them would be nice.
