Lie about delivery
My husband ordered a watch for me from them on July 28, 2025, and we are still waiting for it. This watch was supposed to be a birthday gift for me, with a promised delivery time of 2 working days, but almost three weeks have passed. Thank you for ruining my birthday and spoiling my husband’s wish to give me a present.
The store is lying about delivery times! I will probably have to file a complaint with the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority.
For those reading this and considering a purchase: don’t buy here if you don’t want to get stressed.
P.S. I received my watch, a month late. I think that in fact the watch was not in stock and was ordered only afterwards. If I had not been misled about the delivery time, this unpleasant situation would not have happened.

Not recommended. Announces delivery in 2-3 days. The product shows that it is in stock. The package arrives to me after three weeks. Surprise, the watch is scratched and it is clear that it was a demo product or a return from the customer.

I am extremely unhappy with this site
I am extremely unhappy with this site! I ordered a watch and it never arrived! I clearly indicated my details and my address. The watch was supposed to be delivered to me on July 28, it is now August 5, and I still have not received it. I went to check and track my parcel on their Detur website, and it said the following: “The shipment could not be delivered because the recipient has moved.
Shipment will be returned to sender.” From the moment I ordered the watch, I did not make any changes to the address, and when I wrote them to the email, I received the following notification: “Could you kindly check if it's possibly located somewhere nearby, or if someone close to you might have accepted the delivery on your behalf?” This is not true again! I highly recommend not ordering anything from them, it is irresponsible!

Received watch with dead battery
1. The main reason I ordered from Ditur is their promise to deliver the next day. However, I got the products after 2 days.

Return policy / money back
i received a "broken" watch meaning it stopped working after 2 days on 2 different occasions , i sent it in for a repair ,it was something loose and it got stuck on the winding mechanism, that´s what they told me, and they asked me what i wanted to do afterwards , i told them i wanted the money back, because i am not ok with receiving a new watch that does not work, then they told me , i can get a giftcard so i can buy a different watch from them, after about 15mails back and forward after i told them it´s my legal right to receive my money back from them after getting something that does not work , they ended up telling me , well ,,, the watch works now we can either send you the watch , or we give you a portion of the money , not the full amount back, because to them it was now a "used" watch, to not have anymore headache i said fine what ever sent me my watch back then if its working now , they send it to me and guess what , i receive it broken this time , its not moving at all , and on the inside of the glass between 6-7 there is a damage part , took a picture and sent mailed it to them , after a few more mails i finally receive my full amount back , this is the worst experience i have had buying from any online site , anyone buying from here make sure that they will try to say whatever they can so they can keep your money , my watch was never engraved , it had all the links , and had just been used for 2 days , i reached out to them under 1 week , ditur is a joke of a company ,

Do not trust delivery date
As others have said, do not trust their delivery date. I bought a watch on June 6th, with expected delivery date of June 10th. Item is set to be delivered on June 18th, just one day after I'm traveling and will need to arrange someone to receive the item for me and ship in a later date as I will be gone for months.
Plus, I had ordered for my birthday with a few days to spare but the delay was longer than anticipated.

Scummy retailer. AVOID!!!
Ditur promises 1-2 days delivery. It's now been two weeks since I ordered my watch and I still haven't recieved it. At this time, costumer service has stopped answering me. This company is not conducting business in a serious or prudent manner. They are selling grey market watches with slow handling and basically no customer support. It´s as close to a scam you legally can get.
