Ordered a bracelet for a watch. The picture of the product did show end link: the bracelet I received did not.
The picture does not correspond to the product sold and the description of the product isn't good enough. It should at least specify if it has end links included or not...

The watch box was heaviet than I thought…
The watch box was heavier than I thought and yet fragile. I inadvertently let it fall on the floor from about 60-70 cm and it broke.
And the watch unfortunately didn't look very much like its picture.

Delivered my watch in 3 days
Ordered a watch in June 2023. The package was delivered to Oslo in 3 days without any custom fees.
With Klarna I was able to pay my bill after receiving the item and making sure everything was fine. Makes it easier to trust websites I am not familiar with.

Missing items on order
The watch was as I expected to be. The delivery was good. I gave 3 stars because I didn’t receive the kit to adjust my bracelet. I couldn’t find my e-mail with the order so I didn’t contact the support team

I received the package I ordered…
I received the package I ordered without the engraving. It was a special gift for my father and it was devastating to see him unpack it and for it to not have the sentimental message. It ruined the entire moment. However, after I sent in my complaint, I received a swift response back addressing the issue, with vow to resolve it and a sincere apology. While I'm still upset about what happened I can in hindsight admit mistakes sometimes happen, try as we might to avoid it. I hope to receive the correct watch soon and I appreciate the care in addressing the mistake
