Broken item recived but replacament sent
I initially received broken items due to inadequate packaging. Although they promptly sent replacements, those arrived damaged as well. On the third attempt, they used bubble wrap, and the items arrived in perfect condition. While their customer service is commendable, they should focus more on improving their packaging.
