Considering the amount of postage they are charging the service is not what one would expect. I was assured my item would arrive today,already a day late ,and still no package. I will never order anything from them again as I feel I am being completely ripped off.

What can I say I’ve ordered from this company a couple of times in the past always been amazing quality, but sadly I lost my beloved Nan and needed a dress for the funeral the kindness and pure professionalism I got shown will stay with me forever, my dress was out of stock and not only did they make sure it came they took my measurements to make sure it was perfect and I would have no need to send it back. Andrea D was the person who helped me, I can honestly say I have told everyone about my experience and I will be a customer for life… not many companies would act the way you guys did and I can’t thank you enough.

I have purchased a number of dresses from Diva Catwalk for work events and always receive compliments as they are unique and of great quality. Their customer service is also impressive and appreciated, especially when engaging with an online retailer. A big thank you to Andrea who helped me recently.

Lovely dresses and great customer experience: Very easy and helpful exchanges with custome service before buying the dresses, very happy with the quality (I got asked several times where I bought my dress). On top, no issues with sending back one dress that was a bit short for my taste. Got refunded and will definetely buy more dresses with diva catwalk in the future

Very quick delivery of the beautiful dress. Pictures online illustrated the dress accurately. I am delighted with my purchase once again.

Live in Ireland. Postage was €18 and then I got stuck for customs for the first time in my life. €35. Both combined cost more than the dress. It ruined the experience for me. I think I'm due a VAT refund but no response from my email. So disappointed. I shop online all the time..

I'm a size 10-12 depending on make and needed a large. So had to return this time, but now I know what
size I am, I will definitely buy in the future.

Disappointed that the dress I wanted was already sold out despite being shown on the website. To jacket I ordered was then sold out by the time my order was processed. So overall I have not managed to make the purchases I really wanted.

Ordered dress on Monday afternoon arrived 7.30am Thursday morning and the Nadia dress is fabulous - love the colour and the fit.... Can't wait to wear it!!

Great dress

Diva Catwalk is my "go to" for amazing dresses. They fit my body perfectly, offering full coverage while still being sexy. The quality is excellent and they ship quickly to the U.S. I've contacted customer service twice with special requests and both times they promptly responded AND they were able to accommodate. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

High quality garments delivered promptly and efficiently. The dresses purchased are every bit as gorgeous on, as they are pictured on the website. The fit is perfectly tailored and styles are quite timeless. I highly recommend Diva Catwalk for both professional and formal wear.

Was disappointed with my recent purchase.
Have invested in a number of Diva dresses in different styles over the years but have found the sizing has changed
I’m under 10 stones and 5.7 and used to fit large easily but this dress like the last one I bought was very tight and unable to zip up without a struggle.
The packaging also has declined, it arrived pushed through my letter box and if the material wasn’t crease proof would have looked a mess.
The sale goods are very good value but I did return this item.

To the response received by Diva which I wasn’t going to make a response too, but due to the shocking reply in which you did not address nor accept responsibility for, so it is my fault for your faulty and incorrect sizing, I have NO issues with ANY on line fashion as you claimed as guess what there sizing is correct, you did not address the £30 I have paid to return the incorrect sized dresses, but I guess that’s my fault too, shocking response, and I did email you before I left my first review. So ladies if your a size 12 order an extra large… ridiculous

Easy to use ordering procedure, fast delivery, two items fitted well and looked good, third item too small and easy to return for a refund.

SIZING SIZING SIZING, ridiculous sizing, I am a size 12, I ordered 5 dresses in a medium I normally order other brands in a small, the medium all too small?? I had to pay £20 to return them, I ordered same dresses in a large and they were perfect. I went onto order 3 more dresses in a large, guess what all too small???! I now have to return again at my cost now £30 out of pocket. You are an English company the dresses are made in England so why are you sizings so wrong??? It would not bother me at all if the return as with all other company’s is free. I will reconsider or getting other dresses unless you do free returns. Crazy
