The perfumes are fine, but dear me they take a very VERY long time to arrive, if you want them quickly maybe use a company based in the UK. I'm still waiting for an order from before the New Year.

I was not happy with the perfumes ordered.
Have tried contacting them to arrange a refund however, they are not responding to my request for a shipping label. How am I meant to send them back with one? Just avoid.

Does not smell anything like the real perfumes. Cost alot to return basically feels like a scam

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My parcel never arrived, getting hold of anyone is near impossible. I had to message them on Instagram to get a reply! Now they keep saying they will investigate and escalate but nothing happens. Tracking updates say ‘terminated’. So no parcel and now I have to try and claim my money back via the bank. AVOID!!!!!!

It is with great pleasure that I have to say that I have now had a full refund from Divain…after waiting some time…..thank you Divain

I feel like a stupid paying nearly €140 for a bunch of bottles filled with water. It doesn't last even 10 min, total disappointment. It used to be a lot better back then.

Rushing to type this review after just having received my order and having 3 out of 3 perfumes smell absolutely delightful and as expected. Divain has never let me down, I buy all my most loved perfumes on here after receiving samples of the inspirations. They have a better variety of perfumes that pertain to my taste than another perfumery I’ve bought from, and the price point is great, as well as their try and buy system which in turn provides a little sample bottle you can refill to carry around with you! I just hope the best for Divain. My sweet, sweet love Divain. Also to mention, my order arrived within 3-5 days and was tracked. Got here on Christmas Eve which is extremely convenient, if only it wasn’t just a treat to myself xx

I have just started my adventure with Divain, I bought prefume no. 48, it is surprisingly close to the original, the shipment arrived in 10 days, which is surprisingly fast during the Christmas season, I will definitely be a regular customer.

It’s been over a week and I haven’t received the product. There are no updates either or contact details to enquire further.

Fast drlivery, and very accurate with originals perfumes/cologne. I was skeptic reading bad comments and i decided to try it and they were surprisingly fast with delivery and the smells very accurate. I ordered the ones i have originally and i was surprised how close they are. Def. I will be buying more.

I give them 1 start because it came fast.
Apart of that I ordered a dupe from DKNY and Carmen.
The scent doesnt resemble to any of them by far.In fact the smell is awful on both of them.

Please avoid, this is a scam! The perfumes all smelled like alcohol and were weak, and I tried to return (which they make out is a really easy process) but turns out it is against the law to send perfume internationally so the post office wouldn’t accept my parcel. Have tried to speak to someone at the company but you have a bot who just says try another company, but I can’t! Please don’t waste your money here!

This is a scam. Note that there is no email nor phone to contact for customer service. My order was not delivered and there was no response from the chat service and no other way to contact. UPS shows the status as delivered and there is no accountability on neither party.

My product was not delivered due to some delivery issue, communication at this stage was fine and I was assured that I would receive a refund when the product was returned to the Divain store in Spain which was in July. After returning the product and the store receiving it, communication suddenly stopped and my emails regarding a refund were ignored. I sent numerous emails but unfortunately my money was never refunded and I have not received a reply to any of my emails. This is not a trustworthy company, my money is gone.

The range this company offers is amazing. I've also had sampled other Dupe houses and Divan come out at the top in terms of quality and longevity too. Despite shipping from Spain to the UK my orders are well tracked and beautifully packaged. I'm currently at about 20 fragrances and have yet to be disappointed. The ability to buy sample sets is also great and I have made a few choices that way, as well as blind buys of designer fragrances I've owned in the past. The scents themselves, some have subtle differences, some are the same and in other cases, the Divian version is just better all round. There are my top choice to check fro a fragrance before looking to other sites. Their regular sales and deal also mean it's even better value for money.

I have bought many perfumes from this company and have spent hundreds of pounds. My last order on the 29th of November was never sent out, I have sent so many messages and they do not answer I want my refund of £34.98 I have been scammed! They do not have these perfumes. They have lost me as a customer and I'm trying to contact trading standards and the police. Do not buy from them!

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! They claim to do a try it before you keep it service with a little sample of the perfume you've ordered... but... when it comes to returning it (which you only have 14 days to do), they completely ignore you. I tried escalating it and contacting them via Facebook messenger but they clearly just have an AI chat thing that replies, as even when I sent a thumbs up image it came back with what sounded like a personal response about an image I'd sent them. Total scam so now have to keep an Aftershave that smells like toilet cleaner!

While I understand that Black Friday can mean longer delivery times, I'm not at all ok with it taking weeks for an order to even be processed. Mine was submitted on November 29th - today 8 days later, it's still waiting to be processed - and I have no way of knowing when it'll be sent - or if it even arrives in time for Christmas.

Of course you can't get in touch with the company, so customer service is non existent.

As for the quality of the perfumes; you definitely get what you pay for. Some perfumes are quite close to their inspiration - some are not. Most fragrances don't last long, but for the price it's mostly expected (except most UA clone houses still manage to produce decent quality at the same price point).

Delivery is with UPS, which is another grievance. Just use GLS or other more well-established transporters. UPS have far fewer pick-up points - even here in the capital.

I made my first order on Divain and bought a bottle of perfume 146. I'm absolutely shocked. The fragrance is exactly the same of original one I used to buy for 4 times more. I'm so happy and definitely will stay with this company. 5 stars

Second time ordering. Very quick delivery, products well packaged and very close fragrance wise to the originals.
