A few years ago you could order samples from every scent and it was truly a great company. I ordered 2-3 scents from them and I was happy with them.
Now?? Where the hell are the samples to order? Why do I have to order a full size to get a sample and then go through the hurle of sending it back if I don't like it??

And: MOSTLY: How on earth should I know what your perfumes are duping IF YOU DON'T MENTION IT ANYWHERE??? How stupid this site became I can't believe. Won't buy anything ever again.

Worse delivery service and it will take so long time ☹️and worse customer service

A huge bottle for 15 quid when the real thing would be 300 plus, add the damage stickers and lolly and this is just insane value! Smells great, seems to last, honestly hard to tell as I go blind to whatever I'm wearing after 15 minutes anyway but my clothes smell of it so it must be doing the trick. Bargain

I placed the 1st order and everything went well. The 2nd order, 1 time they lost the package, then they say they sent it back to me and it came back to them, and this for 2 times. Since February I'm still stuck in this mess

Ordered a dupe of my favourite discontinued perfume. The sample smelt exactly like it! I was so excited to open the main bottle.. I did and it smelt like nothing?! Just like it was full of hairspray. What a disappointment. Feels like they made the sample great in order for me to open the main bottle of scam perfume and now it’s opened I won’t be able to return. Waste of my money sadly. Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering.

I've ordered from Divain five times now, but the first four times I loved everything and didn't need to return so I was waiting until I could leave a full review.

Firstly, I all the perfumes I've ordered from them, I have 16 now, have been great quality. I've either tested the original fragrance in store or ordered a sample to compare and they were almost all identical or in some cases the Divain was nicer and sweeter. Some of them last from 7.30 am when I apply, until dinner time in the evening.

Some are a little weaker and don't last as long, but I have incredibly expensive perfumes which also don't last very long. Divain do amazing sales very regularly so I'm happy to reapply my weaker Divains multiple times a day, where I wouldn't do that with my expensive ones.

Delivery is about a week, it's not super fast but it's not super slow either and after my first order I knew how long to expect. Returns are super simple if you follow the instructions in your order tab on their website. I really rate their products and their service very highly. I'm drawing up my next order already.

The removal of the inspired by names from all EU websites is a bit annoying, but beyond the control of Divain so I get that. The UK is not in the EU anymore though and there is a UK Divain website, so you can do some cross referencing between the sites to get the perfume you want and then come back to the Spanish site to not have to pay customs

Awful experience with customer service.My refund was not automatically refunded when cancelled.Had to go through customer service for them to only cancel the wrong order.I was asked if i wanted the wrongly cancelled order to be delivered and I said yes for them to turn round and not do this.Still havnt received any of the refunds and no apology

2. The product 457, supposed to be the top dupe for Creed , Aventis????
A real disgrace, the scent is so feeble, barely noticeable.
Sillage: 1 out of 10
Longevity: None.
It is a Dupe, so I got Duped BIG TIME.

Item arrived late and doesn’t smell right.. customer service was absolutely atrocious and refused to refund even my shipping costs. Avoid avoid avoid

Ordered on the 25th, 10 days later I get a notification that's its being delivered at last but never shows up. Checked tracking and apparently UPS broke the package and discarded the items. Emailed them and told me to wait.
I waited .... and waited. Never got the order.

I am so impressed with Divain perfumes. Their range of “smells like” options is far more varied than any other company I’ve tried—and I’ve tried quite a few. I was able to find scents here that I couldn’t get anywhere else, and honestly, I still can’t believe how much they smell like the real thing.

A week after my first order, I was already placing my second because I was just that blown away. These aren’t your average dupes—they are the real thing in scent. Even better, they last longer than some of the designer perfumes I’ve spent a small fortune on.

I’m genuinely thrilled with every purchase so far and will 100% be checking Divain before buying any future perfumes. Highly, highly recommended.

I’ve purchased from Divian before and was happy with the selection of perfumes I chose to keep. Now, returning many months later, I’m disappointed to see they’ve started charging for returns. Why market ‘try and return’ as if returning something you don’t like is a unique business model? Being able to test a fragrance and return it for free was a fair policy—and honestly, the main reason I shopped here. Let’s be real, the scents are hit or miss. I won’t be purchasing again.

I've ordered a Paco Rabanne Pour Homme clone. After trying the sample I want to think that someone mislabeled a batch that wasn't ready. It smelled of alcohol and hair spray. I can't even say that it is an attempt at a perfume! Surely it has got to be some mistake, otherwise, one way or the other Divain will be out of business, no matter how good their marketing.
Considering how nice and fresh Paco Rabanne's perfume smells, I was completely disenchanted with my experience. Particularly, because I've paid €10.90 in postage for the privilege. This is the perfect example of false economy, I added more cost to the purchase I should have done in the first place, but I learned my lesson - I'll always get the original. I'm out forever!!

In addition to their scents smelling of cat urine when you do eventually get a return they'll take nearly £15 from you for shipping and returns, you're left out of pocket.
Seriously try essence vault, or one of the many top class merchants of fragrance out there before even thinking about wasting your money with these guys.

I have just received my second order from Divain and I ordered 4 bottles (100ml) and the scents I have are perfect….such great dupes but not only that….they actually linger on skin for a long time, so am totally happy and will continue to use Divain 😘

I ordered two fragrances and both smell like the originals. Some reviews say that fragrance doesn't last but I've not found this. My order arrived in around a week, nicely packaged, excellent price and value for money. You receive a sample of each of your chosen fragrances for you to try before you open your purchased fragrances. I've bought from three different dupe fragrance companies before but am most impressed by this one. Fragrance lasts all day and I'm really pleased with my purchases. Would definitely recommend.
