I was charged 250 USD for an Adobe…

I was charged 250 USD for an Adobe subscription on this website but never received a refund. The seller refused to return the money and instead suggested that I wait several months for the issue to be resolved. Payments are sometimes processed via Stripe, but most of the time the seller insists on cryptocurrency payments, which in my opinion is a way to avoid responsibility. The payment buttons on the site often do not work correctly, and it is difficult to complete a normal card payment. Based on my experience, I do not recommend purchasing anything here if you are not ready to risk your own funds.

divaking.com and Mehdi Azizi – Lost Data and Refused Refund

I purchased a prepaid service through divaking.com.

Shortly after, a serious issue occurred that resulted in a significant loss of work data. I contacted Mehdi Azizi through every available channel (Telegram, WhatsApp, Messenger, website chat) for five consecutive days. I received no response.

After mentioning the issue publicly, I was told to “wait a few more days” while the problem was supposedly being checked. When I requested a refund for the unused months instead, I was blocked on Telegram and WhatsApp.

Losing work data is unacceptable. Cutting communication and blocking a paying customer who is requesting a refund speaks for itself.

Based on my direct experience, I cannot recommend this service under any circumstances.
