Literally the worst company. Ordered an Owala over a month ago and still haven’t received it and have emailed back and forth with them for over two weeks trying to get a refund and still no cup and no refund. SCAMMM!

Total scam. Bullshit tracking number…order never arrived despite claim I signed for it, which I didn’t. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company sent us the wrong dress. (I see this is their MO) After contacting them, they offered a 30% discount for their error, but did not offer to send the correct dress. They also stated that we would be responsible for return shipping costs to China. This is unacceptable, and potential buyers should be aware that orders from China frequently contain incorrect items, and full refunds are unlikely

I ordered the Tyla Tyger Quencher H2.0 Flowstate tumbler 40oz, I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER!!!! THE FAKE ASS TRACKING SAY DELIVERED, I EMAILED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES, THEY CLAIM IT WAS SIGNED FOR WHICH IS A LIE!!!!!!

This website is a complete scam and fraud stay away. Ordered a bala workout equipment from them they took my payment in seconds. Weeks went past I had to email 2x to ask about my order. They sent a message back 2 days later saying g the item was sold out and I would get my refund. A week past after that still no refund I emailed them again they told me the refund was submitted. I emailed today again only yo be told there was an error with my refund they will resubmit. I'm calling my bank and reporting this fraud amd saving they're email for evidence

SCAM SCAM SCAM - I ordered a prom dress and paid literally $90 and the dress came two weeks later - 1st of all, WRONG DAMN DRESS. They sent me a FUGLY dress, which looked nothing like what I ordered. If you're gonna send me the wrong dress, at least send me something that looks like what I ORDERED. 2nd, the quality was so super dookie. I tried it on in hopes of it looking somewhat good but it was so ugly. Def not worth $90 at all. 3rd - I tried emailing them to get a refund and they never got back to me. I had to go back to their website to find a different email or way of contacting them but the website link that I was given literally said "server not found." DO NOT ORDER from this website.

I purchase a wedding dress from this company, I took a chance definitely worried after reading the reviews, the dress came in two weeks and look great! No alterations needed, just size up

The dress I ordered was not the dress that I received. It was cheap and see through and looked nothing like the picture. It looked like a cheap Halloween costume for a five year old. They took a picture from Windsor and put it on their website. They send you something different. They don’t respond to emails. Don’t use them. They are scammers!

Buyer beware....don't order from this company unless you really want to get scammed.... They sent me the wrong dress--I ordered black and received red. When I emailed them, they tell me that I can send it back to them and they will refund me. With each email they reply to, they offer me a smaller discount refund-- first 30%, then 40-50% and now we are up to 60% refund. Seriously? The dress is a piece of crap. I want my money back and I want this dress out of my house. It's embarrassing. So please, put this business out of business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. BUYER BEWARE! You are throwing your money away.

This place is a SCAM. It took 6 weeks to get 2 dresses and they weren’t anything close to the ones I ordered. The fabric was see through and they were SO CHEAP, definitely not worth $80 each. They also Won’t respond to a return request.

I ordered this dress over five weeks ago, but the worst part is that I paid 20 extra dollars for fast shipping. I got it in today and it is the completely wrong color, I got a blue and was sent a white. It is not my size either. Definitely do not recommend this website to anyone!!

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! Paid extra for shipping, took my money. It was supposed to be here within a two week Timeframe, took six weeks to get here. Emailed them and only offered me $10. The dress finally came in and it’s a different color!

I ordered 2 dresses from this website and I never got them, they did not even provided me with an actual tracking number to look on the postal office, STAY AWAY FROM DIVALIFE is just a scam.

Sent the wrong dress, wrong color and wrong size and then told me if I wanted a refund I'd have to pay the international shipping myself! Total SCAM!

Total scam, I should have looked up reviews, I’m usually so careful! The “ball gown” we ordered was not what we received. Same print but super cheap material and a different cut. It looks like a maxi dress that I made myself. It might be worth $20 and I paid over $100. I wrote an email immediately but doubt I’ll get my money back. So frustrating!!!!!

Please stay far away from this online site! Seems like a good site at first with tons of cute dresses from Windsor, some of which aren’t currently in stores, but online on this site. But don’t be fooled, this site is pretty much a scam.

I had a horrific experience when I ordered 2 dresses, which came out to $78 total. I received only one dress, and it wasn’t even one of the dresses I ordered, so that was the first red flag. I emailed them about that right away, and they just kept convincing me that I should try on this incorrect dress they sent and maybe I would like it, but never admitted to ever sending me the “wrong” dress.

I also never knew they weren’t a US or UK company, because when I emailed them to see their contact info, I saw they were based out of Hong Kong. There was no US number to call, which felt pretty sketchy.

They also said they understood my frustration and would offer me a partial refund for the other dress that never came, because it got “stuck in customs” they claimed. I asked why I couldn’t get a full refund, but that didn’t get me anywhere, even though I explicitly said I received the wrong dress, but they never took responsibility for that.

Then I thought I was getting ripped off as I never saw the refund or heard from them again, but eventually I did receive the partial refund they promised me. I asked again for a full one, as I didn’t want to have to write a bad review, and feel that they were a decent enough company for me to recommend friends and family too. But then they just disappeared after that email, no response.

So in conclusion, yes I got my partial refund, but no they never took responsibility for sending me a completely different dress, or ever responded again. STAY FAR AWAY. If you want to shop Windsor dresses, do it in store or online on their official site. This site was absolutely a fake, and just steal Windsor’s pictures, that’s probably why they couldn’t even send me the right dress or admit to any wrong doing.

Daughter ordered for her winter formal. I tried to warn her after seeing the website...17 Y.O. knows everthing apparently....well dress arrived, not the same dress as advertised, not even close. Same B.S. response as others posted. We no longer have a warehouse in the U.S. Well no sh!t, it came from China and took 3 weeks to arrive. We will give you 30% off and you can keep the $1.00 crap we sent you...Ummm NO...we can't provide return pre-paid shipping labels....well duh, why would you spend even more money for your $1.00 crap. Basically I am just going to contact American Express, who will refund the entire amount plus shipping and show them the emails from this con-company. Thank you Amex for always protecting Americans from Chinese cons.

Wish I’d read reviews first. First off the “go to shipping details” button on the site actually confirms the order, so don’t put in your credit card info unless you’re certain you’re going to buy.

I cancelled my order immediately but they sent it the next day anyways and refused to refund. It took 2 weeks to ship despite paying for expedited shipping, and they put it on my front door so it was stolen (not sure why they didn’t use USPS, where it would be safe in my mailbox). Again they refused to refund. Overall, this was a terrible experience for what was likely a very cheaply made garment and I will never order from there ever again.
