IS A AWFUL SERVICE BEEN WAITING FOR MY ITEM OVER A MONTH AND IS STILL DOESNT COMMING I SEND SEVERAL EMAILS TO COSTUMER SERVICE AND THEY JUST IGNORE ALL MY EMAILS. NO ITEM, NO MONEY DISGUSTING COMPANY. NEVER BUY HERE

terrible customer service.

they mark up products extremely high. and show u images n photos that does not look like the product you receive.

when the product arrives. it looks inferior. cheap n terrible quality. even the material is different. on the photo. it's not transparent. but when the product comes. the material is thin n transparent. totally cannot wear.

when complain. they take a long time to reply you while they spam your fb msges in PM on their friendly promos. fb respond will Neva entertain your concern on return request. they push u back to the terrible customer service via email.

finally the email came in to say they cannot return e goods cos their policy is only if it looks totally differnt. to me it's totally different!! they do not acknowledge that. they finally tell me they will pay me 25% n il keep e dress and don't need return. of cos they already earn so much frm the China goods mark up. wat is 25% I told them. il take it. but also included that they are scams.

next thg. I'm banned from their Fb to comment anythg. I made a promise to go all out to tell everyone not to buy from them. till now. they refuse to refund me. even after promising me 25% I'm glad I only bought 1 attire.

pls note Never to buy frm scammers like them.

Got a shirt in Small, It looks like 2 of me can fit in it! Does not fit like it looks in the picture. Material is cheap and seethrough!

Dishonest sizing and impossible returns .
Very poor quality. You can find same products on a site like Wish. They offer refund.

I ordered a Dress it was like a night gawn the worst material that a ever receive on mail on my life.. very cheap material after that I wanted to return it and they did not let me return it so I losed my money ..I will never buy anything again from diva noche they are the worst company ever ..worst customer service ever and they don't even have a phone number to call and let them know

WORST Company ever - BUYER BEWARE!!
this company should be called "Diva Negligence". Do not buy from them.

They neglect to ship items completely or timely and then do not provide customer service to resolve the problem. Finally after 20+ emails and my order still not arriving, i wrote them to NOT ship it because it's taken so long and just refund my money (as it was for a specific event nearly 2 months ago).
They then shipped it (and of course, i can't use it). They take your money and order promptly but then delay and shipments or customer service so that you lose weeks and even months and then it is difficult to get your refund through Paypal, etc.

i also asked several times for a return address with no response.

I returned (at my own expense) the partial orders, new with tags, never worn due to their negligence is shipping and customer service, and i STILL have not received my money back.

Do Not buy anything from this company and spread the word.

RESPONSE TO DIVA NOCHE'S RESPONSE: (Feb 2018)
i have once again (after 20+ times) resent my order number, contact information etc. to Diva Noche. They also have multiple photos, screen shots, documentation etc. (a paper trail from my side, to fill a small book!)

Their (seemingly) kind response is just to make it "seem" like they actually try or respond. i have not heard anything back from them, received any refund, etc. again: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO JUST THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY.

Unacceptable trashy items, nothing like the pictures or the lies they advertise.
Took them more than a month and several emails to get the products in hand. Now they are going straight to the trash bin. My bad, could have donated that same money for better purposes!

My new purchase just arrived yesterday! It fit nice and cuality is good. :)

My sister bought two dresses and she was very happy with it.
She was needing one for the party last weekend, and talked to some employee of the company who allowed the dresses to came in just one week and a half.

Few days ago I received my beautiful Julia Maxi dress, just on time for my special night.
I'm happy with the quality and with the service in general .i had to ask some information about the tracking and i received a fast and nice customer support.

Excellent quiality!! I'm vey happy with it! I will soon be buying again!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Both items I received are nothing like the photos I thought I had purchased. They are not high quality items I have paid a lot of money for such rubbish items. To make this even worst I have emailed far to many times requesting an return address which they have previously not responded to and when they chose to reply they don’t answer your questions!!!!

They will steal your money.. lol

This is terrible quality a total rip off. The design has nothing to do with their pictures. this can’t be a store.

Rip off, horrible quality. Horrible return policy!

Wrong size, asked for 38 and was sent 36! Parcel arrived from china after 6 weeks! They have ignored my 11 emails or have just replied with links, 2 returns initiated with no approval, then they've blocked me on Facebook!

Started claim on PayPal, apparently might get refund if I send item back to Spain on my expense, cost nearly 12 quid.
Horrible business, avoid!

Pathetic. This site false advertises. I ordered a dress and was damn disappointed, poor material quality and it wasn't even close to what was shown in the website. Don't waste your money in this site.

Just wanted to give another update - I have still not received any clothes from Diva Noche, also they have blocked me on Facebook so I can’t speak to anyone. The tracking information they initially gave me (which was in Chinese!) has now completely stopped working. I’ve tried to report the company to Facebook and am currently working with my bank to get a refund on my credit card and have reported Diva Noche for fraud. Please do not ever order from this company.

Wish I could give a negative. Nothing like the pictures or fabric described. Sizing and styling completely wrong. What an absolute waste of money
