I'm really sorry you feel unsatisfied. It's a shame you didn't track your parcel with the tracking information provided or opted to contact our customer service so we could assist you tracking your parcel as opposed to leaving a one star review.
Your trunks have been shipped with Parcel Force from the UK the following morning after your order was placed, the tracking information was sent to your email as we do standard with all our orders.
We tracked the parcel for you and it's currently awaiting customer clearance in Greece and will be delivered later on today.
