warning about dye bar nutrition I recently received an order of 150 protein bars out of the 150 protein bars only 20 was not smashed I supplied photos I've been a loyal customer for over two years and I usually spend $200 or more every month on their products I feel that the flattened protein bars altered the taste and texture. and their response is that people seem to like them regardless of if they're smashed because they say they taste good either way now I'm sure that some customers feel that way but not every customer does. I reached out with photos and offered to return them as their return policy allows but they refused to help then they contradicted their own policy and told me that they enforced a strict no return policy consumables even worse they actively suppressed all negative reviews you can't leave a review on their website unless it's approved you can't leave one on Google and the only way you can leave one on tik tok is if you purchase from Tik Tok Shop so everyone sees on their website 100 percent positive reviews which seems deceptive now that I've experienced how they treat customers when something goes wrong
