Absolute scum. Avoid at all costs. I have ordered 50 days ago and have not received them and seriously doubt that I will. I contacted them several times and have only received vague answers. They offered to refund 25% refund three weeks ago but never received anything. Terrible.

I stumbled on this account on Instagram, and placed an order without knowing the end product.

I must say I am impressed with the quality, design and sneaker fit. Surely I’ll be going to make another order very soon!

Fantastic service! Ordered the wrong size twice, but they were exchanged both times with no problems. The shoes are looking great and the quality feels perfect. Big recommend!

First pair of shoes came with defect. They just send another pair, and they are just perfect.

Beautiful shoes, handmade in a small local firm, not a massive factory. And when the shoes they delivered were too small, it was simple and free to return them for a larger pair.

Just bought these Diverge sneakers and honestly, they're up there with the best I've ever had. I'm in the UK, and they took about three weeks to arrive from Portugal where they're handmade – totally worth it for the quality.

There was a bit of a sizing hiccup at first, but the team sorted it out super quick with a free return label and whipped up a fresh pair in my exact size, no hassle. The craftsmanship is top-notch, comfy as hell, and they just feel premium.

If you're after something special that lasts, go for Diverge. Already eyeing my next pair.

I bought a pair of stylish sneakers for my husband, but unfortunately, they didn’t fit well. I returned the item, but it got lost in transit and came back to me after a month. One of the company’s founders, Joao, personally helped me resolve the issue. I truly appreciate his support — excellent customer service and great-quality products. Highly recommend!

Very high quality shoes and fully customized. You received them as they appear on their website. I usually wear 43 (Euorpean size) but when ordered 43 with them it was a bit small. I have asked them to replace with size 44 and they were extremely helpful to organize the exchange. I am delighted with my pair of shoes and the quality of their customer service. I highly recommend them

It's been 40 days since I placed my order, and I still haven't received my shoes. After more than 30 days, I inquired about what was going on and received a reply that they were missing some components to assemble my shoes. I then decided to cancel the order, and I haven't received a response in a week. This company is not trustworthy, I do not recommend it, and I advise you to steer clear.

Diverge does everything possible to satisfy its customers. The quality is always very good and customer service is always top notch, depending on orders and possible unforeseen circumstances beyond their control. I still wear the first pairs I bought three years ago and am very happy to have received new ones.

Terrible experience! I still haven't received my sneakers! I previously left a review, but it was removed. I placed my order over three months ago. Each time I've contacted customer service, they say the same thing: someone got sick, causing delays, or they claim, “Your sneakers are in the final stages of production and should be done soon. We're aiming to ship them by the end of next week. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and, as a token of our regret, we’ve issued a 40% refund on your order. You should see it in your account within 2-5 business days, depending on your payment provider.” That was 3 weeks ago, and I've heard nothing since, nor have I received the discount. I ended up disputing the charges with my bank, and I was able to get my money back that way.

I have two pairs of sneakers from Diverge - one which was gifted by my employer and a second ordered by me. The style, quality and comfort are amazing. Super impressed by the guidance to get the right fit on custom shoes from overseas!!

Despite somewhat slower delivery with the personal order as the company grows quickly, I was extremely impressed by the direct outreach from one of the founders to resolve the issue quickly and fairly (honestly, they went above and beyond in resolving). My only advice is to allow a little extra time (or at least patience) for shipping as you support a growing small business with passion for their product and craftsmanship.

Bought my trainers, trainers fine, but company don't make it clear you have to pay a further charge for import and export charge. Communication seems to stop when you ask them about it too. You can add another £50 to your actual price, which makes them very expencive for what you get

Just received my new handmade sneakers from Diverge—and I’m seriously impressed. The craftsmanship is next-level. The leather feels incredibly luxurious and high-end, with a soft, premium texture that you can tell will age beautifully.

Comfort-wise, they exceeded my expectations right out of the box—no break-in needed. You can really feel the attention to detail and quality in every step. Stylish, unique, and unbelievably comfortable. Highly recommended!
