Really great jacket - wonderfull leather quality. The jacket has arrived in 3 days Munich - top delivery and a very kindly costumer service.

I'm really impressed with the design and quality of this suitcase. It's exactly what I was looking for and it arrived very well packed in a very short delivery time. Ordered a suitcase that has bubbling on the graphic, emailed to raise issue. Responses have been SO slow and unhelpful. Going away and going to just have to use the case as it is taking so long to sort out. Very poor customer service!

I previously posted on here because my emails requesting a refund on a faulty product appeared to be being ignored.
DR, however, did eventually get back to me and "as a goodwill gesture" I have today received a refund. It took a bit of time and effort but I did get decent service. So my thanks to Divergent Retail.

Divergent Retail website is a doddle to use and incudes clear images and descriptions of the traded leather goods. It uses very competitive pricing and a range of payment options that should suit most people. Also impressive was the fast processing and dispatch of my order that, in my case, included tracked 2 day delivery. A pleasant experience.

The safari jacket was generally very nice but after one wear I've had to restitch two buttons that starting loosening .

Paid next day delivery for Tuesday finally got a reply on Friday to say it wasn't now being dispatched after days of no replies.It was for an 18th birthday,I had no gift!
