Great massage and knew how to help me with my posture and advice for lifting weights

I treated myself to a 90 min de lux massage. Theo’s strong, expert, hands worked absolute magic, unblocking knots in my body I didn’t even know I had. I walked out feeling lighter, limber and absolutely fabulous:)

Theo is very good at what he does. He has firm and strong hands coupled with a gentle touch. He is attentive to your body and needs, and gives really helpful advice. Couldn’t recommend him enough.

My back is always in knots and I'm constanly seeking a good massage therapist to relieve my pain. Theo is probably the best therapist I've ever had! He found all my problem areas without my guidance. His technique is very effective applying just the right pressure. He worked on muscles I didn't know I had. When the massage had concluded I felt like a new man! Thank you, Theo!

Two weeks ago, after a period of intense workouts at the gym, my back and shoulder started to hurt. This afternoon I had some time to spare in Amsterdam and Theo was so kind to create time in his schedule for a deep tissue massage.
After a thorough check-in he quickly came up with a plan on how to treat my soar back. We discussed the level of pain I was willing to endure to get rid of all the nods in my back and shoulders.
What I highly appreciated was his ability to adjust the pressure to what I could handle during the massage. He gave breathing tips to handle the discomfort better and after the painful part he did his magic with hot stones and a more relaxing massage. I left his place feeling reborn.

Wonderful massage, where Theo took the time to understand my needs and physical issues, and adapted the massage accordingly. The massage table felt softer and more comfortable then I am used to at other places, combined with his calming attitude and calming environment, helped make me feel at ease instantly. I will keep coming back.

I went with shoulder problems to the physiotherapist for almost two years, but unfortunately without results. I almost gave up hope. But then I met Teo.
After a few intense treatments, I'm rid of my shoulder pain. I do a lot of sports so now and then I go back for a massage to be able to continue exercising without complaints and pain.
