We needed a kosher casket but we wanted it finished. The mortuary did not have what we wanted in stock. We got one we wanted through Divine at a great price. We had a deadline and Gregory called to let us know when it was going to be delivered and again after. We weren't able to accept delivery because it was an hour away but that is an option. The casket was beautiful, delivered on time, and no issues despite the funeral home warning us that outside caskets we're often problematic. Gregory also said they checked it twice for defects. I would use them again for sure.

Transparency, patience and professionalism in answering my questions before buying, even text me pics of the casket since the website pics looked different in colors. No pressure sales and assurance that the casket will be in a new unopened box and undamaged and it was great. Prompt delivery and gave me notice in advance and time to inspect the casket.

Customer service was amazing and so reassuring during a difficult time for our family. After I left an initial message with an inquiry, Greg from Divine Caskets called back that day and answered all of my questions. He also called to confirm the order, after I placed my online order. The delivery person also called on the day of delivery to the mortuary to let me know it was on the way. A+++++ service and everyone was so helpful. The casket was exactly as ordered, the price was totally reasonable, and they were able to fill our order within the 1 week. I'd highly recommend this business.

I worked with Greg and Aiden and both were superb. They guided me through the purchase and shipping process so I had a clear understanding of what roadblocks to expect when purchasing a casket outside of a funeral home. For instance, many funeral homes refuse to handle or discard the packaging of the casket, so working with a local company like Divine Caskets alleviated that issue. The casket was delivered to the funeral home sans any packaging, in perfect condition (no scratches, dents, or discoloration), and on time.

We ordered a beautiful solid cherrywood casket, which was a fraction of the price compared to a similar one offered at the funeral home. There was a bit of a hassle dealing with the funeral home when we ordered the casket from another vendor, but it was well worth the headache as the money saved was used for other funeral services. I highly recommend Divine Caskets, especially if you're local.

My experience was outstanding! From the time I inquired about Shipp down to the size of the casket! Mr. Greg Sims went over and beyond to make sure we received our order in a timely fashion. We had a small hiccup but it was quickly addressed and fixed immediately. My mom loved the replacement more than the original.

Wow ... Exceeded my expectations! The Casket was delivered in perfect condition, With not even a little scratch, and free Next Day delivery. My mama's favorite tree was the Oak tree, So I ordered her the Elite Oak Casket, It was more beautiful than in the picture, High- quality Solid Wood and elegant. The ordering process was easy, I was treated with respect which is very important in this difficult time. I was kept updated by phone from the day of shipping to the day of delivery.

This is my second purchase from Divine Caskets. As usual, they followed up immediately after I placed my order. The casket was delivered on time and I was updated on the time of delivery in case I need to personally inspect the item. Excellent customer service and communication!

Excellent communication and great accessibility

Easy, competent, budget friendly and communicative.

I purchased my husband’s casket and it arrived the next day. I was surprised at the personalized service received. I had a question regarding white glove service and within five minutes I received a call with the answer. On delivery day I was contacted by the driver delivering the casket giving me his estimated time of arrival. Not only did I save money, in addition I was relieved of a great amount of stress. I was able to order online with an application that is extremely user friendly.

Thank you for delivering with no problems or snags...smooth as silk. The product was exactly as it appeared online. The description matched the product. The delivery was on time and on point. I received an email of charges and confirmation. When the product was delivered, I was notified via phone.

Divine Caskets provided excellent services. I purchased the casket online for my mom with no issue. Seamless process. The owner called me within the hour confirmed all the details and did all the coordination with the funeral home. I didn’t have to think about it. The funeral director notified me that the casket had arrived as promised via white glove service. On the day of the service I saw it and it was just as described at a fraction of the cost I would have payed via the funeral home. The five stars is because they handled everything; it was one less thing I had to focus on when my pain was unimaginable and for that I am forever grateful.
